Stopped in here for a quick dinner before calling it a night after driving from MN. There are no cashiers so all ordering is done via a large touch screen. The employee who brought our tray to our table was kind and friendly. The burger was good and piping hot. The chicken fingers were less than stellar. Mildly warm coming out. The fries were tiny thin cut so sort of fun compared to other places. We had an mint Oreo shake which was good. The only big downfall was how sticky the floors were. The bottom of my shoes literally stuck to the floor as I walked out. Other than that the service was good and the food was fast food quality.

Loved the steak burger and the fries reminded me of a time 15 years back, so I’ll give props to that. I also had a strawberry shake which was tasty. We went in close to midnight as dine in was open till 2am, although we were first told that dine in was closed.

Only had an Oreo milkshake and fries. Both were good. Dine in and takeout are ordered off kiosks. Few tables were dirty, and the entire floor from the front door, through the dining room, to inside the bathroom, was extremely sticky.

It was SO COLD in the restaurant that we couldn’t even consider sitting to enjoy our meal. After 4 hours on the road we wanted to sit in a booth, but ended up eating in our car to keep ourselves and the food warm! Terribly disappointing and what a waste of money on energy!!

Can’t place order with a person. I was told to use the Kiosk to order. After 10 minutes of attempting and Manager stating the Kiosk works when it wants to, the cook finally took my order. Probably can’t get people to come to work but I miss wait staff coming to table. They may as well just have a drive through.

This must be an older restaurant, I say this because missing tiles and inability to truly clean the bathroom floors. With that being said there was plenty of staff in the kitchen to not get the right order. Since they had touch screens for ordering that takes that excuse out the window….Watched as others served before us. Therefore burger where cold, the extras we paid for forgotten and the non caring by the servers unforgivable….

I can’t speak for all of the previous poor reviews, but our experience was great. We ordered ahead through Google Maps, went to the store and ate it there. The food was freshly cooked and came out just after we checked in. The employees were super friendly and accommodating. We stayed to eat and didn’t have any issues. The location was very clean, too. In fact, employees were wiping down EVERYTHING while we were there.
