This was a disappointing to say the least. It took us 35 mins after ordering to get a single cup of coffee. Then when the coffee arrived it was cold. Staff had an attitude even with each other. One didn’t know how to make more coffee and the others simply made fun of him. It took multiple trips up to the counter to get everything we ordered. I ordered a vanilla milkshake which I disliked because it had a weird after taste. Never coming to this location again. Terribly ran. Corporate please come in and correct this location.

First they don’t have anyone to take orders so if you decide to go here be prepared to order off a kiosk unless you go threw the drive thru. Second, the place was extremely dirty. The kiosk screen had food stuck to it (I’m assuming because it was brown and I might vomit if it wasnt) the tables were disgusting. The counters were sticky. The kitchen had food dropped everywhere that the employees were stepping on. Overall the look was not good. Once I got my order I was missing two chicken tenders. Also I wanted BBQ sauce…apparently sauce don’t automatically come with it. They charged me 40 cents each for 2 cups of BBQ sauce. And that’s all I got. Probably won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Food has always been great and normally the service and fast and friendly. The drive thru was extremely slow. We visited after church and waited at least twenty minutes. The place was not extremely busy. Seemed they could use more staffing or more efficiency.

We have not been here since before Covid hit. The restaurant has had a remodel. New seating even though it looked the same. All self-serve inside from order to drinks and getting food from counter, no more wait staff. This was disappointing because even though the inside and food was the still good the atmosphere was not the same. Burgers were all good, fries hot and crisp, onion rings excellent, but the chili was a bit bland as if from a can.

My first time ever at a Steak ‘N Shake, on a road trip. I would have given 4 stars except the dining room posted hours are until 10pm, but they had only drive through service when I arrived there around 9:30pm on a Tuesday night, about 30 minutes before closing time. The ppl working there were kind and friendly. They had no grilled onions. The garlic “steak burger” was unlike any other fast food menu item in the country. The shake was dy-no-mite!

LOVE their shakes! Best anywhere. The only issue I have is the wait. We always have a super long wait, like 20 min in the drive-through for 2 shakes. And sometimes, by the time you get to the window, the shakes have been sitting there for a while & are a bit melted. Somehow, they still taste amazing, just a bit soupy. Which is disappointing, especially after a 20 min wait.

Burger was very good. The restaurant is extremely dirty. We had to wipe off our own table. The bathroom floor was very dirty and sticky. Trash cans were full and almost overflowing. We had to place our order on a tablet, which did not print out a receipt. We asked for a receipt only to be told, the printers sometimes don’t work, and we didn’t need it, because they had the order. Another customer inside told my mother the restaurant makes their town look bad. I was passing through on my way back home, but after this, I don’t think I would eat at any of their restaurants.
