I specifically order a plain NOT SPICY chicken sandwich and get a spicy chicken sandwich with sauce and pickles on it when i asked for the opposite. and then i open the box to my own sandwich and all the sauce is just wiped all over the box, the toppings aren’t even on the sandwich they’re UNDERNEATH the sandwich and i got pickles on it when i asked for NO pickles. how do i order something and it comes disgusting and wrongly made?

I was going to use points to get an iced coffee. However, the points weren’t working so I offered to pay for the coffee. The woman wouldn’t even let me pay for my coffee. She just kept saying that the points wouldn’t go in and so finally I just said don’t worry about it. I’ll go. I’ve managed fast food for 17 years. I would never have treated anybody like that because it’s really bad for business. It was an older Hispanic lady in a purple shirt. To the management team or even her boss. Always long wait times. No matter if it’s the drive thru, inside, or curbside. No one is friendly. No hi, hello, how are you, here’s your order, or have a nice day! People are so rude and no one cares. You’re providing a service to your customers. You don’t like your job go somewhere else and work.

The owner is a real jerk to his employees. There is a deaf worker that I have witnessed him just destroying verbally. If it was my child the owner wouldn’t b speaking to her in that manner. What a nasty nasty person to speak to anyone like that. Hey bro it’s just fast junk food. Nothing to have an stroke over. Disgusting personality and doesn’t deserve anyone’s money or to have any employees. Sad thing is I know his kids and went to school with them and they are great people. Luckily the apples fell far from the tree in this instance.
