Interior was clean, food was tasty, however the proportions were abysmal I don’t enjoy paying 14$ for a happy meal sized burger and fries. As good as it was I will not be returning. However if you have money to spend and want a tasty but small shrink inflated meal for lunch, I recommend this place. They also expect you to pay for sauce. Don’t expect them to fill your fries all the way either.

I usually love the bowl of chili but this time it was greasier than normal. The serving size is not consistent at this location. Sometimes you get a full cup and sometimes it’s only half full. An overall good experience, the ladies in the DT had wonderful customer service.

I will not be back to another steak and shake again. used to be one of my favorite experiences, not any more. Not the diner experience I’ve loved since I was a teenager. Food not as tasty, ordered on a computer, paper cups, no utensils, no dishes. I’m so disappointed, with this kind of food and service steak and shake will go out of business.

Totally different world now than it used to be. I haven’t been since early 2020 and decided to come with my daughter as this used to be our favorite place. There are no servers anymore, you order at a kiosk and it still asks you to tip… Tip who exactly? Myself? Then you go fill your drink and wait for your food at what used to be the server station. The quality of food has gone down, the amount of food options has depleted significantly and the milkshakes are grainy. Not to mention it used to be slammed at this hour and now it’s empty like a ghost town just about. I won’t be coming back. It’s a real shame what this company has become.

My wife, kids, and I were in the mood for some delicious burgers, fries, and a milkshakes. We went to our favorite Steak -N- Shake, located on Little Rd. This store is always clean, the managers and staff are always polite, attentive, and they always provide service with a smile. Today (07/01/2023 @ 3:45 pm) was no different! If this review makes it to the Tampa district manager, the Trinity store is the store that all other locations should emulate. The level of service and cleanliness that the Trinity store consistently offers is second to none!

I absolutely hate everything being automated when you walk in there now. They’re kiosk sucks. You have to scan a barcode which I never got to get your drink. Being your own tables. The food is slightly okay. But absolutely hate the automation. I will not be a regular customer or will not go often.

I went to the happy hour on friday (2-4 pm) and I enjoyed the 2×1 delicious milkshakes. The hamburger 3x cheese was delicious too. I was expecting a bigger burger but in the end this was enough to satisfy my hunger. Recommended!
