Today was our first time at this location and we loved it. We were welcome by Ash who was very attentive and ready to help us. The place is clean , the food was delicious and fresh and the service was 100/10! I would say it’s the Chick-fill-A for hamburgers. We will definitely be Back!!

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. He asked if needed any help with ordering and was super impressed how nice and professional he (Kyle – owner) was. The place was super clean and the food was great. One for the nicest people and environment that I have been a part of in a fast food restaurant. He cooked, cleaned, and walked the floor asking if anything was needed to everyone. ONE UP to Kyle! Steak ‘n Shake is lucky to have you as an owner!!!

The service at this steak and shake was exceptional! Even though steak and shake has changed to ordering with kiosks we were greeted after entering and a gentleman offered to help if we needed any assistance. The food and shakes were delicious as always but I really wanted to leave a good review because one of the staff members named James was especially kind to my daughter and I. I really appreciate people like him. He was kind and seemed to be very enthusiastic about helping everyone.

The food is always good, however I gave a three stars and a zero stars for service because even though they made our food and it was great The only time a person spoke to us was when we first came in they said hello welcome in. And when they called my name to get our food.
Steak ‘n shake used to be a wonderful atmosphere with wonderful service and in the drive-thru yes I had always gotten great service, a very happy somewhat nostalgia atmosphere and it’s been replaced with what most other places are like as well with technology and not very much of actual people it seems like nowadays unfortunately.
But even the drinks is all through technology now, you scan your barcode it lets you get one cup from by the drinks before it locks and then you have only maybe 30 seconds to get your drink before it cuts off.

Great atmosphere, and good prices for what you get. The presentation of the food this time just came out like it was just thrown together really quick. Food was good, all a bit salty. Weird part is the cheese fries we ordered just came with a side of cheese to pour ourselves even though the picture wasn’t like that. The burger patties are really thin, so a double burger is great. Prices around $10 for a full meal.
For drinks you get a QR code and have to scan it at the drink machine to unlock the machine.
All ordering is at a kiosk, no waiters
For prices I can’t complain too much, but this location isn’t the best steak and shake I’ve been to.

Almost $11 for a 3 piece tender meal, fries were cold & not filled up. They were not even to the half way point on the cup. Tenders were small and barely warm. Also asked for honey mustard, they gave me ranch (not a big deal but just adds up to my negative review.) Definitely not a good value and not fresh.

I have forgotten just how good steak and shake is. The burger was amazing and comparable to the higher end restaurants. The large fries was more than enough and all for under $10. Will definitely be going back. Need to be reminded of how good the milkshakes are.

A fun place for a big family to eat with fair prices—cheaper than McDonald’s! The workers are friendly. Sometimes it’s clean, but it depends on who’s working. But if you ask them to please clean the table, they will do it right away with no problems. It takes about 10 minutes to get five meals (including extras), which is much faster than other restaurants. I really appreciate this place, especially for my deafness and my husband’s. Instead of calling our name out loud when our order was ready, they came to us.
