Got a birthday banana milkshake with whipped cream and two cherries to-go. They had touch screens to order instead of a traditional cash register. Also an arcade machine for you to play and grab toys from inside. The milkshake was overall very good. Was just a little confused at first because I needed a human to redeem the milkshake from the app on my phone. Minimal waiting time.

I waited behind zero cars in the drive through. Was only responded to when I said “hello? “. I waited for at least 5 minutes at the window to be addressed. Was asked to pull to the front of the building and wait at the front doors. I waited another 5 minutes.

Totally changed since I was here years ago. No servers anymore. Order on a kiosk and sit and wait for your number to be called. It took 3 people to finally figure out how to use my coupon on the kiosk. I only wanted my free milkshake for downloading their app. The shake was ok but they were out of cherries to top the shake. Bathroom soap dispenser didn’t work. Emergency exit was blocked by a hand sanitizer dispenser on a stand. Not too impressed. Definitely not what it once was.

Food was good but the bathrooms were filthy. We went to this location yesterday for dinner with my husband and two kids. My daughter needed to use the bathroom and there was vomit in the sink of the stall we were in. I would never go back! There was trash in top of the trashcan and the grill didn’t look like it’s been cleaned in weeks. I was disgusted.

They have Counter service here, place your order at PO , get a number and pick up when number is called. I was definitely surprised as to how inexpensive the combo meals were compared to BK and McD. On top of fact that everything was made to order and tasted so good and burgers were so juicy.

I have only been to Steak & Shake twice, and probably never again. The purpose of ordering in a drive thru is speed of service. Not waiting 29 minutes in the parking waiting for someone to walk our food that was no longer hot, and resulting in illness later. It wasn’t just me. The parking lot was literally full of drive thru customers and they kept taking more orders. Greed over service?

Food took forever… My burger was cold. The two shakes ordered with our burgers did not come out with the rest of the order. We had to complain multiple times to workers who seemed like they did not care in the least about the fact we did not have all of our food. I was told multiple times that shakes would come out soon. Only after going up to the counter a fifth time did the manager come to give us the food we were missing and fix the issue. The manager was very helpful, but overall I would never come back to this restaurant again. The bathrooms were filthy and there were no paper towels to make the experience worse. Definitely will never return to this location

Craving cheese fries, we pull on to steak and shake. Ordered, and wait 20 minutes. Fries come out with no cheese. Oh, there is no cheese, they’re out. Look down and I get honey mustard instead of ranch. Go to ask, oh they’re out of ranch. All while we paid extra for cheese and for ranch. And for the woman behind the counter to act like customers are a bother. Never offered a refund for items not received nor a hey, here’s a small shake or even a sorry about that. I love steak and shake. But this location needs a major overhaul with their staff.
