The service and atmosphere of this place were decent. The most important thing though is the food and they completely missed on that. The charge way to much for 3 tenders to taste the way they do. This place used to be very good, but has gone down hill significantly.

The service couldn’t have been better and the food tasted just as good as I remember. Beef was nice and flavorful and the shakes were sweet and weren’t cloying whatsoever.

Really good experience. The hamburger was fresh and full of flavor — the burger was juicy, the cheese fries were hot and crispy, and the vanilla milkshake was just perfect.
The staff was friendly and the service was fast, which made everything even better. You can tell they care about doing a good job.

It’s basically self serve.. you order in a kiosk.. they hollar your name out to pick up good.. you get two tickets to scan for your beverage which turns on the beverage machine.. you clear your own table.. so give yourself a nice tip since YOU did a good job.. lol

Way too slow , they need to hire more people or train them to be faster. 1 car stuck at the order booth for over 15 minutes is horrible customer service. At this rate this place will be out of business soon.

Im very appreciative of Miles for fixing my sandwich tonight. I know it’s late and I totally forgot to ask for no sauce so that’s my fault. Him doing that makes me very happy and now i can eat a sandwich I actually enjoy. The drive thru experience was pretty bleak but hey, it’s late and people get tired

Go here if you want food poisoning. I’ve been eating here 4-5 times a year for 10 years, but it has gone far downhill (as others have also said). My last two visits involved rancid steakburgers that tasted “off” and sure enough I got sick the next day. Luckily I didn’t/couldn’t finish the burgers. Once, maybe. But twice in 3 months? There’s an ingrained problem. Incompetent workers, bad management/oversight. I won’t be back here. I no longer trust the food safety.

Normally this place is great I come here all the time in between work for a fast quick meal, as it is fast food. Today I went and had to wait 10 min in drive thru and I was the only car there, still ended up having to pull forward in front of the store to wait another 3 min. The food is always good and fresh.
