We stopped into Boonies for lunch and it is a nice and clean bar/ restaurant, however, we did have a few issues. The parking is extremely limited (not sure what they can do about that tho). The restaurant has a kids menu but absolutely no kid drinks which I thought was strange. We started out with the fried green tomatoes which were very good, and my husband had the Boonies burger and onion petals, he absolutely loved his food. I had the Patty Cline and it wasn’t bad but a pretty basic patty melt. The fries were kinda strange and under seasoned. We did have to return my child’s Mac and cheese unfortunately, because after she spit it out my husband and I tasted it and it tasted almost sour and had a foul odor. However, the staff was very apologetic and professional about it and removed it from our bill which I appreciated! Not the best first experience, but not the worst either. We would probably give it another chance but maybe without the kiddos the next time.

Huge burgers hand made and fresh fries cut per order. Very good. A total surprise. They do season the burger with what seems to be their own blend which is very flavorful. I am only mentioning this as some prefer no seasoning. Just ask for light or none and they are happy to accommodate. Very sweet and attentive waitress. Will return.

I stopped in on their 3rd day open.Everyone i met was friendly.The menu has alot of choices.I tried the fried green tomatoes and they were good, ask for homemade strawberry ghostpepper sauce you wont be disappointed! Clean inside. I’ll be back.
