Steak n Shake should be the best burger joint in the country but they hire the worst people. People that just don’t care. The burgers were burnt, they had signs up that said dont order milk shakes and then they made milk shakes for their friends I assume while I was there. There was also random people and children going in and out of the kitchen and lastly no soap in the bathroom. Hire the right people you won’t have these issues.

What a pleasant surprise. The place was really clean, the kiosks to order the food are amazing, the employee was super friendly and most importantly, the food was great at a great price! In other reviews I read they complaint about being cold inside, but that is all Miami! That is why I always carry a jacket in the car when eating out. The fries and burger were really good and the shake too. Will definitely eat here again 🙂

Delicious burgers per usual. Ordering is done via a kiosk and you self-send your drink. Couldn’t find add shop of ice cream to make a float- guess it is not an option. Food was delivered hot and quick. Table wasn’t the cleanest not sure if they have someone to wipe them down and the overall dining area is clean.

This place has better burgers than Burger King and McDonald’s BUT the only negative thing I am obligated to point out is that they are not the cleanest place to visit, unfortunately. When I order I stay around the area I see the cook fix my order. I forgot to take pix of the tables and counter which are pretty much always dirty looking… I WISH the owners or managers would point out the obvious to their employees. BUT again the food is delicious and fresh

This is for the staff, I think there was only one guy running the whole place by himself or maybe 2 guys. They were so kind and patient even though they were definitely over whelmed by the volume of orders and customers. Please recognize these employees and give them the pay and recognition they deserve.

Stayed at hotel in same parking lot. Went here at 10 pm. It was a mixed bag. The burgers were awesome though a bit greasy (and I like grease). The fries and onion rings were horrid…they were cooked in old rancid oil. The place was dirty and it took a long time for my food (not a big order) to be prepared. I could tell the workers were trying but perhaps some management at that time of night might make sense.

It’s pretty good! I was a little bit annoyed with the kiosk situation at first but I realized it was simple later on. The manager is nice so is the rest of the crew. Relaxing and comfortable for dining alone or with family and friends awesome. I will definitely come back.
