The lobby was very dirty, we were going to sit in but I could not due to the filth on the floors. The drink machine had not been properly cleaned, the ice from the machine was dirty, I was not going to get a drink from it.

Like most steak n shakes the food is excellent and sometimes the service is great and sometimes not so great. The last time we went to this location I was just picking up an order. The app indicated it should be ready and it hadn’t been started. I believe it was forgotten. On the other hand every time we have eaten there the food was ready quickly.

I eat here about once a week, the food is usually hot and fresh. The sweet tea needs sugar. The restaurant is clean and the staff has always been nice. I’d eat here more often if it weren’t so expensive.

I don’t expect a lot from Strak and Shake anymore, and they lived to thst expectation. The restaurant is kind of run down, and the dining room was definitely not clean. Customer Service is nonexistent; they hand you the order, that is all. The food was fresh and good. I just miss the old atmosphere of a clean and friendly restaurant. We pay more for food now and workers make more and yet the service and quality is less.

Whoever the lady was that was working on October 19 at 9 PM that was servicing the togo’s, did a fantastic job. She was very kind, orderly, and made sure everything was in the bag and performed her job perfectly. She deserves a raise. Best customer service I’ve received from a Steak n Shake.

You place your own order on a kiosk, then pick up your food, fix your drink( unless it’s a milkshake) then bus your own table. On the kiosk it ask for a tip amount…..for what!? I did everything but fix my food. Food was amazing though!

The burger was tender and tasty and our server was very sweet and efficient. I can’t remember her name but her initials were BB. She made my cherry limeaide with love I could tell. The Rome, Georgia location their milkshakes are always watered down and melted. They’re not very good at all a milkshake should be a milkshake not a milk consistency no kind of frozen at all other than that it would be perfect because they have a variety of choices, but they just don’t make them right there or something.

7X7. Test your limits. That burger is huge. It’s also not on the menu. Ask for it by name. Oh and it’s 13 dollars for the burger and fries. The restaurant it’s self was very clean. The waitresses were very busy and took a long time to refill our drinks. I’m sure on a good day it’s a fine place to eat but don’t go on a holiday.
