Surprisingly fast drive thru experience on a Wednesday evening around 9:30pm, we were worried the staff would be rude being so close to closing (10:00pm is their close) but the staff were quick, friendly, and our order was fresh. My only advice is that while the fries were hot when we got them, by the time we got home those lil skinny fries were getting chilly! So eat them quickly! Our Frisco patty melts however were still toasty and delicious 15mins later! Overall a good experience

the entire restaurant was disgusting & cringing. the walls were covered in filth, the floors looks like they haven’t been swept since last week, the ketchup & mustard bottles had dry, hard crust clogging the bottles, when the food arrived to the table my burger had a very unpleasant smell & it instantly made my stomach turn.. on top of that, the burger wasn’t cooked all the way thru nor did anything look pleasant or appealing about it!!! i was completely disgusted & disappointed!! & when i asked for the manager she instantly comes to the table all unenthusiastic & after i kindly asked her to please remove the burger off my ticket but i will still pay for the fries but at the same time informing her why i didn’t want the burger & how all the filth surrounding me while sitting at the table was the main reason why i didn’t want the burger, she shrugged her shoulders & said, “it’s steak’n shake” as if how could i ever expect such standards for the place & blatantly let it be known that she didn’t care about the restaurant being dirty nor that my burger wasn’t all the way cooked, smelled weird & looked like awful!!!

I had to go back from the hotel for a receipt, it took 3 people to get me the wrong one after being asked if “a receipt that’s close” is okay (kinda weird but I appreciate the attempt). I left, checked the receipt, and had to go back in where it took 3 people to get the right one. The two friendly employees that were helping walked off both times and a rude woman gave me the receipt and said something about fries that I didn’t quite catch before walking off. This next part is so petty but icing on the cake, they forgot the spoon for the chili. So after all of this (roughly 30 minutes) I got to enjoy a cold burger and fries, half melted shake and slurp down chili because they did nothing to rectify those issues and I was done bothering them.

The burger was tender and tasty and our server was very sweet and efficient. I can’t remember her name but her initials were BB. She made my cherry limeaide with love I could tell. Nope. Save your money, time, life, & health. Garbage food, always chaotic in drive thru, The entire restaurant is always disturbingly unorganized & strangely inconsistent to the point of like; what’s the point of even risking to see if it’s gonna be okay enough to consume or deal with their sloppy environment. Y’all, go to CookOut, Waffle House, Sonic, wherever… Don’t get taken by this faux sandwich spot. It ain’t even worth half of what you pay. Just trying to help y’all out. 7X7. Test your limits. That burger is huge. It’s also not on the menu. Ask for it by name. Oh and it’s 13 dollars for the burger and fries. The restaurant it’s self was very clean. The waitresses were very busy and took a long time to refill our drinks. I’m sure on a good day it’s a fine place to eat but don’t go on a holiday.
