Ok getting to today now. We decided to try them again. Ordered online, picked up order got back to work and order was wrong. So I called and asked to speak to a manager, the person on the phone said I’m a manager so I told him what was wrong about the burger (it was missing bacon that I was charged 89 cents for) and that we didn’t get our sauces that we put in during our online order, online it says no charge for sauces. The fries was cold as well but I didn’t get to say that and online it says it comes with groovy sauce which I did not get. He goes on to tell me that they can remake the burger or comp it for another time but as far as the sauces go he said even if it’s on the order they don’t add em in because they charge for it and online it shows up as free of charge. I stopped him and said ok how would we know that. If we put it in our order how would we know that you won’t include them due to there being a fee. He says we are a franchise and I stopped him there and said I understand that but how would we know that the sauces/condiments we put on our order won’t be included. Why didn’t the worker giving us our meal mention that. I also told him we have no problem in paying for it. His tone changed and he got short with me. Repeated himself and said we can pick up our burger another day and again as for the sauces we’re not jus going to add them to the bag. So now I have to endure another meal and hope it’s not messed up again. So I paid for bacon thatni didn’t get and we didn’t get condiments because there is a charge for them which if I was told that I would’ve paid for them. Help me make that make sense tho.
We took a year break from visiting this Sonic due to terrible food. Figured we would give it another try today… waste of $20 as expected. Food was over cooked and disgusting. It all tasted like it was fried in old cooking oil and was made long before we arrived. The counters you could see from the window were gross and covered in tator tots and other food pieces. Loose dirty spoons on floor and cutting board area…
Will not be back.
