We were welcomed as soon as we came in the door. There was a great guy there I forgot his name but he was very friendly (dreadlocks). He made sure that we were all taken care of. He made conversation with us as if we were family. Nothing better than dining somewhere and feeling like family. The food was hot and fresh and it didn’t take long to receive the food.

This location is Henry good, but during my most recent visit, the woman working the drive through didn’t give us straws for our milkshakes. My friend also wanted to buy some extra ranch for his fries, but the woman working the window walked off and didn’t return. We had to go inside to get the straws and the ranch. Despite the service, the food is good.

This location has eliminated all the servers, so you must order and pay by a touch screen at the counter. My burger was okay, nothing to write home about. They also are no longer open for breakfast, and have no breakfast items on the menu, really just burger combos. I’m not sure if all locations are like this.

Got here as their dinner rush was starting to pick up. Everyone was SO NICE!!!! The guy in the dining room kept checking on us to make sure everything was ok and he was on top of making sure everything was clean (tables, floor, spills, soda machine, counters,etc)

Not the old S&S – shake was timely and outstanding and attractive. Fries were perfect. Steak burgers were best I’ve had at that chain. Hoping the S&S in Rock Hill has improved that much – will become a customer again if so.

A complete 180 from what it used to be!!! Used to avoid this place at all costs, now I can’t wait to come back!! They now have kiosks for ordering, food comes out fresh when your order is called. Drinks are self serve, tables are kept clean between guests. Finally a great steak and shake experience!
