The employee was smiley, quick, and happy to help us. The location is convent and clean. I can’t speak for the drinks, but I can speak for the decent Gouda and ham sandwich that I got. I was satisfied, especially because I used a gift card to lower the price of the sandwich. But it was good to eat a warm breakfast while I shopped.

Save yourself the frustration and just go to the Spanish Fork store. This place can’t get orders right, and they are constantly out of cup carriers, frap straws, etc. and the staff here is incredibly rude and unhelpful. I tried…. But I’m done. I’ll drive the extra time south from now on.

Best cup of joe this side of 4th south the staff was the best and and very helpful for a Starbucks noon like myself. Very tasty recipes and and the drink they made was delicious. I’m a vanilla bean Frappuccino kinda guy. Goes great with caramel and there is seating here

I love this Starbucks because all the baristas are so nice. Tonight we didn’t know what we wanted to drink so Savannah and Sarah gave us their recs which were *chefs kiss*. They were so cute and fun and it just makes a quick run to Starbucks so much better. I would definitely recommend Savannah’s chai with brown sugar and oat milk. It is to die for!!

I keep meaning to make a review for this place, especially for the Barista, Sam. She is the best, hands down!! When they are out of a certain product she suggest other drinks that is similar or even what would be our new drink. My kids love her drinks she preps for them as well. Amazing employee !!

Usually the drinks here taste as if they were made at a normal corporate Starbucks, but the other day I was given a latte with off tasting espresso. I didn’t realize it until I took a sip at home, so I called to let them know and they said I could come in and get another one at no cost. I went in later that day and they made me 3 more drinks until I finally got one that tasted decent. The baristas are nice and try to create a good experience. A+ rating for customer service, but D rating for management because there is something wrong with the espresso beans or their machine. The espresso there now tastes like it’s burnt and/or old.
