I put a breakfast order through on the mobile app at 9:45 this morning. I went to the drive-thru and no one ever acknowledged that I was there or came to give me my order. Luckily the app. Let me cancel so I was able to get my money back however, it would have been nice to know that no one was going to make my order before I drove all the way there. This location should turn the app off if they’re not going to offer breakfast.

This was one of, if not The Smooothest pit stops I have ever made at a Wendy’s location. This place is easy on and off of Interstate 91.
The guy taking the orders actually listened and comprehended. My food was made to order flawlessly.
If you stop here to go through the drive thru, once you pull into the parking lot from the main road, you can take an immediate right to enter the Wendy’s parking lot, then simply circle around the building and voila- you’re in!
I usually get either the Dave’s Biggie Bag with a Junior bacon cheeseburger, chicken nuggies, fries, and a root-beer soda or just a Dave’s Single Cheeseburger with everything except the ketchup and mayo. For the latter, that is the best way to order it. If you word it any other way, it may end up being made incorrectly.
Hopefully this helps others that like burgers without the condiments drowning their food.

I was getting a spicy chicken sandwich including a medium fries. When I got to the window, I asked for 2 ranch sauce for dipping my fries instead of catchup. The guy said to me that I have to pay one dollar for two ranch sauce, 50 cents each.
I was shocked to hear that and he wanted to charge me for the sauce. He mentioned that since September 15th, they are charging customers for extra sauce unless you purchased chicken nuggets.
I guess the company is in trouble when they start charging customers for smaller little things that no one even cared at some point.
I will make sure that I am going to tell this to everyone that talked to and never go back to Wendy’s again since there are so many other better choices unless they change and stop this cheap and penny pinching decision!!

So I went here last Tuesday, I was going through the drive through, when I got to the speaker the girl said to me, what can I get for you, very rude and right to the point, I said hi, can I have two crispy chicken blt sandwiches, and can I have a moment to look at the menu, she then said drive up. Very rude but I was like whatever, I drove up and waited for my food, a different girl delivered then the one who took the money, I took the food and said, thank you, have a good day, I’m a nice polite person and I said it sincerely. The girl didn’t say anything and just looked at me with a weird irritated look on her face. In conclusion the food was decent but the workers that day were rude and weird, but the food was hot, so it got the job done.

My recent Wendy’s visit was just okay. The food was decent and predictable – nothing bad, but nothing outstanding either. Service was efficient and the place was clean. It’s a reliable spot for a quick, no-frills meal, but don’t expect anything special.
