Great place on Portage Lakes! The Dock guys were very attentive and friendly. The service was great from our server and the rest of the staff. Dano himself even gave my daughter a popsicle as we enjoy beverages in the sun. Food was ok and did come out ridiculously fast. We will definitely be back and recommend.

Limited menu still offers the basic variety of burgers, fries, chicken tenders, etc. Nice to be able to sit outside by the water. Nothing fancy, but comfortable tucked away in a local neighborhood. With access to the lake.

Such a great location and fun place. Drinks were good, service was good, but what’s with the food? You are serving pail gray unflavored dry burgers that aren’t even grilled or even brown? Never expected something like that for a place on a lake. Chicken tenders were pieces parts too! All easy fixes too! Fries were good.

Great experience! The atmosphere is excellent and the staff was fast and friendly. The food came out immediately after our drinks were served.The PLX Shandy was delicious. We will look forward to visiting again!

First time going to this place. Nice place, great atmosphere , friendly service. The food is trash. Ordered a burger it came out in 5 minutes. How do you cook a double burger in less than 5 minutes? Because it’s precooked frozen & gray looking. Cod sandwich looked pretty gross too. I’d give zero stars for food.

9 of us rented a pontoon boat and stopped here for food and a cold beverage. Everyone ordered something different and it was all very good. The service was equally as good. Nice atmosphere and good music. Highly recommend stopping by. Also the Monday burger special is huge.

Service was great! Loved the people, but the food! I feel robbed for the cost. The savory chicken sandwich is frozen chicken. It had so many gross hard pieces in it, it was inedible. The Danos deli combo, ISNT FAMOUS ON THE LAKE! It’s 1 slice of roast beef, 1 slice of ham, 1 slice of roast beef, and 2 slices of cheese on Texas toast. They forgot the Italian dressing. $9.50 for this sandwich with 10 fries. This place has good drinks, great service but the food is gross.

You cannot go wrong with Danos. Service with a smile. The food is excellent and the prices are very reasonable considering the location. Worth a visit whether you get there by boat or drive there.
