I stopped by to order my food and APRIL took my order. (Older woman with horrendous haircut) After I was done and driving off she decided to say through the speaker “glad your breaks work” as if I had came to the drive thru fast. I did not but even if I did it is not her business or place to tell me anything. When I got to the window to pay she gave me the most “intimidating” look/stare she could have given me the entire time. I am honestly surprised her frog eyes didn’t pop out of her head. At the second window I told the manager on duty and he apologized.

Ordered 3 kids meals and 2 adults all our burgers were black and hard like they had been sitting for a VERY LONG time,this is not only unacceptable this is unsanitary. I Immediately returned and my burgers were replaced without question which further showed me they knew they were in the wrong. It’s one thing to try to feed that to an adult but to knowingly give old food to children is distasteful. Never had this issue or a problem at this McDonald’s but I had also never gone at night. This is not okay, shame on you. My children love McDonald’s and it has always been their treat, I’d hate to stop going to every McDonald’s because they all seem to be going downhill. I gave 2 stars because they remedied our issue but that kind of service is not okay and I will not change my rating until I can be proved that this is an isolated case and will not occur again. I dont play when it comes to my children. I apologize the picture I posted is kind of blurry, I was just irritated after I took a bite of my burger and had to spit it out and went to check my children’s to find theirs were equally gross

I use this McDonalds a lot, it’s generally great, but this week Management decided they could edit my order at their own discretion. The app lets you order 5 sauce packets, which is not excessive (I could try getting 98 pats of butter but I won’t) – but they will only serve 1 or 2, claiming you must pay for any more. An accepted purchase order for any amount is a binding agreement between vendor and customer, and it should be fulfilled as such – not broken by individuals who are seeking to save a few pennies and make their bottom line look marginally better. Not the right way to do business. Either make the change in the app or give us what we legitimately ordered.
