Visited this Starbucks, located right off the main road. The parking was a little full the Drive through was busy. The inside had beautiful decor and some amazing paintings. The service was good only constructive feedback is if a customer orders a drink and they don’t hear their order for some odd reason, walk it to them? Typically in other Starbucks they walk it right over. The Goal is always to go above and beyond. On another note my coffee was extremely bitter , under the tables there was some straw rappers and a bit dirty. Bathrooms were clean tho, overall my visit was a 4 star, work on the opportunities above to go for the 5!

The coffee here was fine, they were pretty busy when we went. The staff were nice but some of them just gave me weird vibes. The bathroom was a little gross but not too bad. It was good otherwise.

We ordered coffee 45 minutes before stopping at this store and we waited 10 minutes in line. Once we got to the cashier she tells us is another 30 minute wait. I will never order here again! I cancelled my ordered.

Waited 30 minutes to get one drink! They cleared the line and the drive through before they realized they set it on the back counter, After I asked three times if they overlooked it. I’m not one to get upset over stuff like this but 30 minutes is excessive. I was ready to just leave without my order.

I had a coffee order and my wife had a separate order at the drive up. The cashier billed both orders to my wife’s Starbucks gold card. It caused me to lose out on 25 stars on a 4 purchase/100 stars offer.

Tried applying here since they had no extra workers when in a rush, no luck. Starbucks is an awful company and doesn’t care about their workers even when their rushed. Waited 15 minutes for a coffee because they were out of matcha and the workers were openly complaining about being in a rush and being out of everything. The bathrooms are always filthy, I don’t get why they have a code for them if they yell it all the time. They spend more time going through drive-through orders so you have to wait 10 minutes just to get your order taken. This place is always packed since its by the freeway so I don’t get why they don’t staff more workers. I mean, they could make so much more money with the college students looking for jobs

This is the dirtiest and grossest Starbucks I’ve ever been in. Bathrooms are disgusting, and so is the coffee bar. There were flies everywhere and even in the pastry case.

We stopped here on our way to Hanford from seattle. Just any typical Starbucks. The staff was nice. There is good amount of parking around. We all got hot chocolates, which was yum!!
