This is by far the best pollo loco I’ve ever visited. The restaurant is very small in comparison to others but it makes up for it with great customer service and a very clean dining area. The chicken is always spot on. Kind of quiet which I also like.

Always come to his place because I’ve always have good quality food meaning the chicken and the way it’s prepared. There’s one thing I hate at any chicken place. It’s when they cook the chicken dry or when they overdo it and it’s too greasy. Last couple times I’ve come here (including today 8/10/23) the dark meat has been sitting around and old and greasy. I asked for the worker to take it back and she basically gave me the same thing, and then I noticed her and an older male employee and the chef starting there laughing it up. If I could leave a message with the manager, I would tell you guys to get your stuff straight, focus more on your chicken and tell your employees it makes THEM look BAD if they’re standing around laughing and joking. Please correct this Mr. or Ms. Manager or I will continue to leave bad reviews. Sincerely customer since 2014.

Excellent food,very delicious,nice clean environment,store seems to have excellent management that stays on top of things, easy access on Rosemead Bl. Just South of Whittier Blvd in Pico Revera. Will visit again when in the mood for menu. Will not visit store in Montebello as I feel nothing was right about Montebello franchise.Pico Revera franchise far out classes Montebello Franchise, no doubt a reflection on management.
