Such a bad service ordered 2 4pcs plates only got 2 salsas ask for 2 more, and the manager named Daisy, was so mad she just threw them in my bag rolling her eyes!

I just bought a street corn salad and it seems like they needed get rid of this bowl bcz the greens are a different color and even the salsa looks old as the dressing looks a different color.. it doesn’t look fresh overall ..I’m just disappointed with the food!

Multiple times U have bought food at this place hoping some day they make better burritos or salads.. but still the same burritos looks like soft tacos very very little chicken couldn’t even taste the chicken , salads no. Flavor they barely put chicken on their menu and so expensive to get basically beans and rice and to end up U found a hair in my burrito and didn’t go to complain bc I live far from this restaurant. ☹️

4 times doing the same thing,,, i ordered 16 pieces through uber app when i picked up my order there’s no salsa inside so i asked the manager, please give me some salsas and he gave me 4 small salsas for 6 people , i asked him for more than 4 and he said no because the salsa is for free but actually im paying for it in the app it said is included in the order and this person is claiming the salsa is free so because of that he’s refused to give to anyone he wanted. this totally is wrong ,im paying for the salsas on the pictures is the proof,i definitely do not recommend this location to anyone, never again i will order to this location BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I usually go to Drive Thru but this time, I parked the car to go inside, and I’m glad I did.

Amazing Customer Service by the entire team. I mean beyond expectations. They Greeted me with a big smile, acknowledged me while I was waiting for my food. And Thanked me when I left. Great Job Lunch Team at this El Pollo Loco.

((Service was Soo Great that I’m writing out this review first vs. Eating my Tostada Salad that I just got from there. ))
