This location, initially after opening, was painfully slow. However, I came in today and they rocked. Two employees stood out to me: Holly and Shannon, however every employee seemed super friendly and on the ball. Was there a staff change? Whatever it was, these guys and gals are keepers!

The ladies extremely rude and when I asked a question she held her finger up and went to talk to someone else I asked another lady at the counter and she just ignore me I asked for there names they just walked away and she just said I can call the manager if I had a concerned about my drink… will not go back to this location on Yakima ave but I give the 2 stars since my coffee was good but 1 star for bad service hope the ladies can get more professional help..

We went through the drive through and last was very rude. Our order came to be $31. And some change and we paid out of $100. The girl in the window just handed us change and didn’t even count it back. She ended up handing us $58 instead of $68 shorting us $10.
