We ordered in the kiosk because there were two people in front of us. and the person in charge Alicia was very rude. She retaliated against us for ordering in the kiosk and we ask why it was taking so long. She was screaming at my wife and employees, we asked for a refund because it was taking so long and she said to get it from the kiosk which doesn’t give refunds and then she said that is not my problem. Didn’t give us a refund. The worst service ever. Won’t be back. Thousand Oaks.

Ordered online and some of the items weren’t available it turns out so had to subsitute with food we didn’t want.
Some of the fries were overcooked and hard as a rock. The chicken tenders were good but the whole process and overall quality is not good.

Ordered take out got home and served the food. Ordered the double dunk meal. Was shorted on tenders and on poppers. Tried calling to speak to someone but no answer and it hangs up on you. Not happy. Last time I order from this place. Not the first time this has happened.

Food is good. Workers are friendly. Menu board doesn’t display everything they have; you need to look at their website. And they tend to stack all of the hot food on top of the cold items (cole slaw).

July 2024— It sounds weird but the air always feels greasy inside here.
The location never feels clean inside. It’s like they’re just wiping tables down with water and no sort of grease cutting spray to actually get things clean. The doors always look gross, especially the bathroom.

I don’t think this location does very well financially, unfortunately it shows. The service was always good before they installed kiosk ordering. That’s just another surface that doesn’t feel wiped down. If you use your phone for mobile ordering to eat inside, they don’t even call your name. They just toss it up on the pickup shelf–that laziness annoys me.

I’ll try the place again in a few months. I’d like for them to wipe things down better after they fry all of the chicken so everything in the lobby doesn’t feel greasy. I’d like for wipes to be available for customers to wipe down the kiosk screens before using it. I eat here maybe once every 4mo when I get a craving, and I’m usually disappointed with the food being dry, so they could at least improve the service so you feel like you’re supporting a local business and that you’re an appreciated customer.

I was Soooooooo looking forward to having KFC after seeing a commercial, drove all the way out to 1000 Oaks, and I must say I’m beyond disappointed! The bucket of chicken was so greasy and soggy, totally un-edible, and the Tennessee spicy tenders, were so dried out you could barely take a bite, and there was NO sauce at all, and no pickles as my reciept requested! $30.56 all in the garbage except the Mash Potatoes and gravy which were good.
Was my first time at this KFC, and definitely my last!

We ordered takeout and was hot and ready when we arrived. The staff is so nice and hard working. The chicken, cole slaw were delicious and the biscuits were nice and fluffy.

All 3 employees were on break when I came in and left. Employee 1 came to help me, she seemed disturbed that she had to help me. She the left in the middle of me paying without saying anything. Then handed my food to me in the bag. When I sat down I noticed it was the wrong item and got up and said I got the wrong thing, I ordered two drum sticks and got a thighs. Employee 1 huffed and Employee 2 said “right now they are interchangeable.” I told her I wasn’t told prior and I don’t like thighs. They huffed and changed them. I sat down again then noticed my spork was broken and got up to get another. I noticed none were out and asked for a “spoon.”
The employee 2 said they only have sporks. I said that fine mine is broken. She then said “I’m just going to give you what you already have in your hand.” I repeated “that’s fine mine is broken.” These are very minor things that would have been fine, if it wasn’t for the staff lack of professionalism. I won’t be back again.
