I was very uncomfortable using the multi-stall co-ed bathroom for my children. The letter on the wall of the stall doesn’t justify a man coming into a female bathroom. My small girls do not need to confront a grown man in a place that should be safe and private for females.

I love this Starbucks location! Their staff are always so friendly and they make their drinks perfectly. I once had an issue with my oatmeal and I called the manager and she was helpful and allowed me to get a new one the next morning. Highly recommend stopping by here.

This is a super small Starbucks and there were 6 people working… 3 people inside sitting.. the counter looked dirty and the restroom was very dirty… and open boxes stacked up in the hall… definitely not sticking to the Starbucks standard…

I come here fairly often and it’s a nice relaxing place to relax with a cup of coffee and breakfast sandwich. My go to is the strawberry açaí with water and extra strawberries. Less sugar and it still tastes great. My breakfast sandwich’s have been hit or miss. Sometimes the bread is sliding off the egg because it’s thrown into the bag haphazardly but usually it’s mostly intact. I also had another patron knock over my order once and while everyone was waiting for their order the other patron was causing a scene throwing down paper napkins on the mess which in turn made more of a mess for Starbucks staff. But mostly everything goes well.

The drive thru line was extremely long so I went inside to see if the service would be faster, big mistake. I waited for 20 minutes and they made one of my drinks and forgot to make my other one. So one drink of mine had been sitting on the counter for 10 minutes before another barista asked me why I was still waiting, only for the one who made my drinks to say that she started my order but didn’t finish. Very disappointing. I like the alternative type style and people at this location, but not if it comes without good barista skills. Just get people who are into coffee & people more than their style.

Drive thru looked long but was quick. RAF was quite intimidating but in a caring serious way and turn out to be courteous. My experience was commercial worthy… especially with the caricatured thoughts of me selecting coffee (with the jitters already) vs the elegant Strawberry Water Refresher. I don’t have much but tried my damnest to tip… RAF reassured me it was his pleasure. Thank you for making me feel special.

This WAS by favorite Starbucks on my way to son’s MMA class. I stop here EVERY afternoon to get myself a coffee or a refresher but today, was my LAST day I stop here. This is my 3rd day in a row that I get my drink WRONG! On Wednesday (June 28th) I ordered an iced matcha and got an iced machiato. On Thursday (June 29th) I ordered a frozen pineapple passionfruit and I got the mango dragonfruit instead. Today, I ordered a grande frozen pineapple passionfruit and a frozen strawberry açaí but received BOTH as pineapples. This is RIDICULOUS!!!

I have been going to starbucks for years sometimes twice a day because of the customer service because of the people making my coffee the literal only thing I avidly buy myself. I just moved to parkland this starbucks is mind blowingly horrible. I can not believe it is a starbucks the workers I have encountered that work the afternoon( not the morning) complain are overwhelmed in underwhelming situations they are short and rude to my mother and today we went to get our coffee it was probably 230 pm the girl working the window was so rude to my mother and cut her off and said wait I’m taking an order when we were at the window to pay. So I go in because my mother is horrified and ask for a manager and this apparent “manager” comes over right away with an attitude telling me to calm down when I was calm..at first then the manager and the girl at the window who had a customer start yelling back and forth about I’m not going to talk to them like this and “get out we won’t miss you” we’re the exact words from the girl at the window who can’t multi task yelled as I left with the manager and her ganging up on me a loyal customer. This would NEVER happen at any starbucks I’ve been too. Both those females were unprofessional and engaged in a literal screaming match with me! Just because your a billion dollar company to treat a customer like f u we don’t need your business is shocking and disgusting I was and am mortified
