This food chain serves crab buckets and stuffed shrimp, along with delicious American dishes.
We started with the star of the show, the Crab Steampot, which was wonderful. It’s a platter filled with various types of crab legs, corn on the cob, and potatoes.
Next, we tried the Cajun Mac & Cheese with macaroni in a creamy sauce, sausage, and topped with crispy fried chicken. Not to be outdone was the delicious and classic Fish & Chips, which often comes with a side of coleslaw, and this time we also chose rice. We also ordered the Linguini Platter, served with shrimp scampi and a fried fish fillet topped with artichokes and tomatoes.
Everything was wonderful; the service was a 10/10. We celebrated life and friendship with an amazing outing—it couldn’t have been better. We loved everything.

Ask for Mary as your waitress!! This lady was phenomenal!! From start to finish she exceeded the expectations of a waitress. She allowed us to try seasoning flavors before we ordered to get exactly what we wanted, she made sure our drinks were always full and we had everything we needed, and her personality topped it all off! Super friendly and personable. Best Joe’s Crab Shack experience we have ever had!

So it was my birthday today, we had a rough morning losing our dog. Our waitress April was very nice though. We got some drinks, and we literally had no alcohol in them. We’re from Nevada so we’re used to open pour. So the manager came over and asked what she could do and she could charge us for another shot , like really? Our food came before our appetizer…. But honestly she could have just take them off the bill. The food was okay, then our waitress April asked if she wanted her to sing to me and I was like it’s okay. Thank you though. Honestly the last time we were at a Crab shack was in Sacramento and they never asked. They just did it, we had a great time there. Then we had this guy constantly begging us for his services for pictures. Anyway, we won’t be coming back but good luck to everybody.

Stopped in here while vacationing in the Smokies and we are so glad we did. The food was amazing, service was wonderful, and the restarant had nice decor. Our waitress was incredible and went above and beyond for all of her tables. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend the trio shrimp platter or the blackened flounder.
