This is my second favorite Starbucks to go to, other than Bonney Lake (they’re freakish fast). The staff here early all remember my order at this point and get me in and out quickly. Overall great experiences here over time and not a lot to complain about that the Stat could actually change.

Not entirely bad but the seating area could really use some chairs to go with the tall tables. There is only one booth for seating so this may not be the best place for a party of two more to have a coffee and conversation. I may have caught the place at a bad time but the seating area was not clean and it was early Saturday morning . The line was too long and the area was too crowded for me to stick around. Maybe next time…

Quick and friendly service, definitely not meant to sit and have your drink there. There is one bench seat to sit at two tables to stand at. The staff don’t rush you in any way, there just is nothing in the way the store is set up that says ‘have a seat stay a while’, which would be nice since I have about a two hour wait after my shift ends at 6am to kill before the first bus of the day starts running the route I need. Just an actual chair with a small table to set my drink on while I wait would make all the difference. I’m usually there between 6:30 and 8:00 am on Saturdays and the staff are always pleasant and quick to get the orders ready between the mobile orders and walk ins I never have to wait more than a few minutes and my orders have always been perfect!

Girls were not friendly at all my drink was made pretty good but they could use some customer service skills definitely not one of my favorite Starbucks I will not be returning there are so many to choose from you got to stand out this day and age in order to get returning customers it’s very important on how you treat people that could go so many other places to get coffee no wonder it is not ever busy here plus there’s no drive-thru.

I go to a lot of Starbucks locations throughout the state to get work done. Unfortunately, I would say this is the worst one I’ve been at. There were no chairs or tables to sit at. And not a single outlet to charge a laptop or phone. The reason I work at Starbucks is because no matter which city I’m in, I feel like I can count on Starbucks for a clean restroom and a convenient place to work, however, it was not the case for this location.

Supervisor Rachel at this location had kicked me out of the drive through bc her employees had not been trained up to charging every customer the same for a price of triple shot with breve. Never will I ever come back and to your supervisor Rachel I forgive you I hope Starbucks know they had hired a Karen for supervisor and kicks people out of drive through or instead she could of ask me politely.
