I rarely leave reviews, only for exceptionally good service or appalling service. This one unfortunately is appalling. I would expect more from SB staff to be attentive. I ordered a breakfast sandwich around 11:20am this morning (8/10/23), which was placed in the oven. The server then went off to the other end of the counter and started chatting with another staff member, oblivious to the oven beeping constantly to signal it was done. Only after it annoyed another staff member enough that she took it out of the oven and placed it on the counter next to the oven getting cold. I waited to see what would happen, but the original server was still chatting on the other end. Finally, I think the other staff member realized it had been sitting on the counter for a while and put it in the paper bag and shoved it onto the front counter space without saying anything. Finally, I had to ask if my order was ready where she just said it’s “there”. What? How would I know if I wasn’t paying attention? Awful service. The SB owner/manager should screen and monitor their staff better on how they interact with customers. Worst impression ever. Hope this is not the case with the majority of SB locations… It wasn’t even busy at that location!

Work 13 hour days M-F, went here Monday and nobody showed for their shift. Went there again today on Wednesday and they are out of a simple drip coffee….I’m dissatisfied on every level. I’d rather drink my 3 day old coffee cup from my car console that’s how much I love my coffee.

If I could do a 0 I would. I just called and spoke to your shift lead, who should never ever speak to a customer on the phone again! Not only was she rude and not helpful she was quick to offer the managers email because there was nothing she felt wrong with having a door dash order picked up with empty food bags stating OUT with a sad face! You are supposed to cancel the order and tell door dash you don’t have those items to sell. Next this is not professional at all! So not only was I charged for this order I got nothing. You absolutely could have even told the door dasher that hey we have nothing for you to deliver since we are out of this product and they could have canceled the order. I mean there are multiple ways to resolve this but sending a person to drive a order with nothing !!!!!!!! With gas prices even is absolutely just disgusting and rude. Do better starbucks! And you need to train your shift manager or lead to not swear on the phone!

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to, mainly due to the unfriendly, unhelpful staff. Not one smiled, nor could be bothered to ask a simple question. Even the customers seemed to be in a bad mood. Terrible service, terrible vibe.

I enjoy going to this Starbucks.The guy who takes morning orders for drive-thru is a breath of fresh air. So positive with good energy. He’s like an espresso shot before you get your coffee. Makes for a pleasant experience and seems to translate to coworkers too. My coffee is always flavorful there.

Terrible terrible terrible. I literally received exactly the opposite of the drink that I ordered. Not only was it not what I wanted but it was basically water for 8 dollars! When I tried to contact the Starbucks to find out why this confusion caused me to get such a poor quality drink the employee that answered the phone literally flat out lies to me. She first says they didn’t have any door dash orders come through this morning. I had to tell her I’m literally holding the Starbucks cup in my hand with the doordash printed on the sticker. So then she sked me which location I ordered and I red the address off to her and she responded that the store I was calling wasn’t the store that matched the address so when I inquired how it was that I dialed a store number and it sent me to an entirely different store she responded rudely and hung up on me. When I. Tried to call back they didn’t pick the phone up. Not sure what this Starbucks issue is but I’ve never seen such dishonest unhelpful employees. Starbucks typically doesnt behave in this matter
