Ordered 3 medium hand tossed Pizzas with 2 hr difference for pickup. Before 30 min I got confirmation in the tracker it’s been started . After 15 min the orders is ready for pickup. I went and picked up my order and did not see any trouble. It was hot as expected and good .

Wish I could give a 0 star. Yesterday night I experienced the worst customer service ever in my life. First of I last night I ordered 15 pies of pizzas online. Before I placed the online order I called this location to make sure they could handle my order since the last time I tried to order at this location my order got canceled due to the lack of workers. When I called in they told me it would be possible. So I placed my order online and went to pick it up at the store when I received a text that it was ready. However, when I got to the store the lady working there said my pizzas were never made. I asked why I had not been notified of the cancelation with a call or email like before but she was straight up very rude saying it was not her fault and that she was working alone. I then proceed to ask for a refund but she showed me no evidence that my money had been refunded. No email or no receipt. I told her this is not the way to handle the situation and so I asked for the managers number. She then went on to say to look it up online and she had no obligation to give me the number. So I asked her again for her name but she also refused that information as well. She then proceeded to tell me to get out of the store or that she’d call the authorities. This is truly the worst experience ever. Also, there was another customer who came in for a refund because his food was not fully cooked. He agreed that this was the worst pizza store he’s ever experienced. Right now I am at a loss for words and cannot express how mistreated I felt. This has not only caused an inconvenience to me but the 30 guests of mine that were waiting to eat. I’m so disappointed in dominoes and the female worker who was very rude.

The previous time I came here I had in a Sprite in my order, but they did not give it to me when I came to pick it up and told me to come later to pick it up, saying they accredited my account. I ordered some pizzas from them today and told them about the credit on my account and they said it was not in the system. After trying all the phone numbers I have, they hung up the phone without confirming my order. Mary was the name of the person I was speaking to. I called back again and placed my order for carry out. I picked it up and told them about the situation. Mary acted like nothing happened and that she didn’t talk to me on the phone. Never got my sprite. Overall a terrible experience. I’ve spent more than $200 here during quarantine and am not happy with this. Plus, some of the people working there weren’t wearing masks.

Almost 3 hours after our order was placed we received an email saying our order was cancelled. Before that, we spent almost an hour on hold waiting for some at the store to pick up. I would leave zero stars if it were allowed. If you are short on staff and can’t handle a delivery order, don’t accept it in the first place. We placed an order at 8:15 pm and at 11:07 we received notice that the order was cancelled. How are you even in business if this is how you do things?

I have been a long time customer of this particular location, and used to enjoy it quite a bit but it has become impossible to ignore the lack of service. Tonight I placed an order at 6:30, at the time of writing 7:55pm, my pizza has still not been placed in the oven. I have had time to drive to the store, witness the employees refuse to (claiming they were unable) refund the delivery fee the customer in front of me had paid, despite him driving to the store in person (due to the same delay I was experiencing), and drive home to write this review. This is not the first time I have experienced such a delay, and regardless of why it keeps occurring its obvious this location is no longer able to maintain a minimum acceptable standard. I will not be ordering from this location again, and instead will be bringing my business to nearby local chains.

This is the first Domino’s we found where they claim Large 14” pizza to be XL 16” pizza and insist that we are wrong. We ordered a XL pizza but got a 14” pizza. Simple mistake, can happen anytime especially when the store was very busy. But when we called them back, they insisted that they gave the order right and refused to correct it. Well, we enjoyed the 14” pizza and decided not to return to this store. It would have been better if they had better customer service.

Do something about your staff and hire people those who really want to work and refrain from picking up junk from street. Ordered pizza more than an hour back and your store has still not made. Couple weeks back your store handed over a messy pizza. On top of that lady working today, 2/20, is arguing with me and other customers that she is the only one working when clearly there is another women working there. Instead of apologizing, she shows attitude and your stupid tracker shows nothing. What a shame!!

I ordered online, the employee missed my order, she couldn’t even inform that she missed the order, instead she was rudely arguing like it was not their fault. If she had a courtesy to apologize or at least just inform that they missed the order we could have understood, instead they made me wait for around 45 mins, which is completely unacceptable.
