The customer service here is far from stellar. Stood at the customer counter for 5mins w/o a single employee acknowledging me. Mind you it was a down time of the day. The atmosphere at this location is certainly not inviting and the employees make it even more gloomy with their lack of energy and enthusiasm. Take your money elsewhere and support small local business that truly care!

Very inconsistent. Yesterday I got my coffee that should have only had a splash of creamer, but was heavy on the cream. Then today, there was no creamer added at all. Some people have busy schedules and can’t wait to have a drink remade. I get that things get busy, but the staff needs to give more attention to detail.

I come here as often as I can before work and today was a different day. Normally I’m a tea drinker but wanted to mix it up since I normally don’t drink coffee and I can only drink decaf. Timo was helping me at the drive thru window and being amazing! He made such a delicious decaf drink and wrote down the recipe for me so I now have a favorite coffee drink! All while being short staffed today! These guys are amazing and I’m very glad I found a Starbucks home like them!
