I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for the past 5 years, back when I was a student and now as an employee. I love the layout and overall atmosphere, and the employees have been lovely. However, lately there have been a few snarky employees and I’ve noticed lower-quality customer service. Today, one of the employees was cleaning nearby and I asked her if she would mind wiping my table when she gets the chance because it was really sticky and had crumbs on it. She gave me the weirdest look and I felt embarrassed for asking. The cashier was also unfriendly and passive aggressive, and she’s been that way with me a few times now. I miss the friendly employees that used to make this Starbucks a great place to work.

I typically go to my old faithful in the Eastgate Safeway Starbucks but tried something new. This place was very clean, nice decor and friendly staff. Brought me back to how the decor used to be in the early 2000. Now all Starbucks needs to do sell the nice wooden platters and accessories. Brought home Miss Foxy her down Puppachino (pup cup).

Large seating area that is super clean. Loved the xmas tree, fire place, and comfy seating. The lights in the hallway flash which is odd, but the barista said it was known and being worked on. Overall a nice visit and a great place to meet up with a friend.

I’m guessing there is a management issue with this particular Starbucks. Every time I come in there is a problem with the equipment, staff, or cleanliness. The staff are usually curt, trying to be done with transactions as fast as possible. Staff seems harried, understaffed, and underpaid. In my experience this not a staff issue but a direct result of unrealistic demands from ineffective or inexperienced management/owners.

Went to drive thru this morning and left in a bad mood. Kylie was not nice. My hi got ignored and she didn’t even make eye contact with me. I got my coffee and said thank you and that was also ignored. I’d recommend finding nicer staff.
