I come here, basically, every workday morning. This location has absolutely the sweetest most upbeat crew!!!!! They greet me by name and always tell me have a great day. They have even gotten to know me, so it’s super comfortable walking in each morning. (I mobile order and pick up inside)

Spent a few hours here studying and the staff were great! Drinks were good, I could tell some of the staff are still training so nothing was perfect but it’s a brand new store so you can’t really blame them. Looking forward to coming back to study again!

This new Starbucks is super nice and the people are friendly. I got my drink order wrong one time and asked to have it remade, and they were so nice about it! They apologized for the inconvenience and explained that most of the crew are new and inexperienced. The workers are super nice there

This is about the 4th time I stop at this store, the first time. I asked for a double smoked bacon and cheddar sandwich and the egg was still frozen. Caramel Fraps are one of their best known drinks. However, EVERY single time we ask for extra caramel drizzle, we are willing to pay the extra. But they never listen.

I’ve never had such consistently bad experiences from any business. The first two times I came here they messed up my drink- badly. The drinks didn’t taste anything like they should’ve, but it was understandable because the store had just opened. Today I waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes just to get to the window and be told that they didn’t have the ingredients to make my drink. There was no greeting or apology, just poor customer service. I would rather drive across town then give this dump another chance.

Been here multiple times hoping it would get better since they were new but it’s getting worse… my drinks is wrong every single time. This time I had to go wait AGAIN in the drive-thru to get it fixed as my baby was asleep in the car and I couldn’t run in. Last time I was here my drink was wrong and I called the manager and she was less than helpful. Never coming back at this point.

I used the drive through at the New Starbucks, by Walmart. Never again. The Iced Lattes (2 grandes) and cheese pastery (2) were horrible. The coffee was very bitter. Pastery soggy mess. Disappointed as I hoped to be a regular since this SB was minutes from my home. Never again. Total waste of money. The Starbucks in Nolans (Rimrock St) and Starbucks by Lowes are far superior. Coffee has always been excellent at the latter Starbucks, as well as the baked goods. I will drive the distance. Very sad

Unbelievably slow. Line in drive through so I went inside. It would’ve been faster going through the drive through because they weren’t serving the people inside. I had them refund my order because we were now late for our appointment. Absolutely ridiculous.

Brand New stores usually are on top of it. This store needed up both drinks on a mobile order, then made multiple orders before correcting mine. Very “meh” service for a Starbucks. I’ll stick to the Veteran’s Way location.
