Cone in front of drive thru entrance, yet all 4 servers were wearing headphones. Husband ordered a venti half caf/ half decaf & instead got a venti caf w/ half and half in it. When he brought it to the attention of the server, no apologies, & when they handed the re-made one back, husband thanked them nicely and all the response he got was a very grumpy look & cold shoulder. Very surprised to get this kind of treatment as we have had very good service there in times past.

My coffee was nasty. Bitter, sour. Disgusting. Took it back and asked for it to be remade as I added sweetners and there were none. Second drink was just as nasty, just as bitter. I get this drink often and it’s never bitter.

On the rare occasion that ithe coffee doesn’t taste right they replace the coffee for free. Starbucks You’re practically guaranteed satisfaction.
