I’ve been to many five guys around the country. This was my worst experience. The manager is trying to do her best but the staff is clueless.
Our entire order was gluten free celiac. Even though the manager instructed the workers to stop wash their hands, change their gloves to make the order they forgot could not do it. Also, they used a dirty counter and had to remake everything. Finally, the person cooking the burgers made hockey pucks and he doesn’t change his gloves uses his gloves to do the buns and the cheese reaching into the cheese bin with the gluten contaminated gloves over and over and over again. When we got back to the hotel my meal was not edible but I couldn’t be bothered. Going back out in the cold to complain. I just will not go back there again.

I have been here a few times. Each time is disappointing and I will not be returning. Last time my burger was tasteless and the cashier was clueless. She said I could add Cajun ON my burger and then AFTER I paid they told me I couldn’t. This time they refused to sell me a cup of ice only soda or a tiny clear cup. I went to Jason’s Deli next door and they were kind enough to give one. You’re better off going to Burger King!

I’m Asian. When I came in, there wasn’t a single customer, so it wasn’t busy at all. Yet none of the staff greeted me — they all just stared at me. My order took forever, and they didn’t say a single word while taking it. I accidentally forgot to mention a burger topping, but they didn’t bother to ask or check.
After I finished ordering, I said “thank you,” but there was no response.
While I was eating, several new customers came in — all of them were Black — and the staff greeted them warmly.
I hate to think this way, but every employee there was Black, and they only greeted and smiled at Black customers. I honestly felt discriminated against because of my race. It was an extremely unpleasant experience.
Not all Black people are like that, of course, but most of the ones here showed terrible manners.
I will never come back to this place again.

My husband and I are in town for our honeymoon and everything was above and beyond. The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly, and the staff were top tier. We enjoyed our lunch here immensely!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The fries were good and plenty. The burger wasn’t seasoned at all. I’ve been tonother five guys and this one did not season the meat well. This review is based on this location only. I would give it a 3.5 or 4 but the cost brings it down a star. Hopdoddy is a better option at this price range.

I just wanted to share the great vibes I experienced at this location. You don’t normally expect such warmth and enthusiasm at a fast food chain, but from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a big smile and positive energy from the lady at the register.
She was friendly, playful, and genuinely excited to help us. She offered great suggestions, helped us decide what to order, and kept checking in to make sure we and the other customers were doing well. The rest of the crew was also incredibly kind and welcoming, making the whole experience stand out.
The place was clean, organized, and well-maintained — but what really made it special was the people. I’ve been to several Five Guys locations, but this one gave me by far the best experience.
I unfortunately didn’t catch her name, but based on my receipt, I believe it might have been Hajar T. — and I just want to thank her for her kindness. I was having a tough day, and her genuine care truly lifted my spirits. She made a difference!
Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great food and great people.
