Drama @ Starbucks: waited 20 minutes for my drink as there was only 1 person working even though there were 5 other workers. 3 of them were just talking. The girl with blond braided ponytail was the only one working and another worker made her cry. I could see the frustration on the girl with the ponytail and she just left. Everyone else were very rude specially a girl with short dark hair. If you enjoy friendly faces and good service I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Well that was a waste, this Starbucks just updated their location and changed where the ordering speaker is compared to where it used to be. Had to wait through a tremendously long line only to be turned away at the window because I ended up missing where the new speaker spot was…..no offer of a free drink or anything. All I was told was “you’ll have to go back through the line”. I’m going to avoid this location from now on, ridiculously bad service!

Due to the store closing for a 5 week remodel, they are out of a lot of stuff. But the staff are so cheerful and great at recommending replacements. Can’t wait for them to reopen and be better than ever! May the force be with them!

The lady at the drive thru was very rude and impolite. She didnt answer my greeting or respond to my thank you; she didnt even turn to look at me. When I called the store to report it, the manager just said”ok…”. Besides that, my cup was half foam and not worth what i paid for it.

Was in line for more than 15 minutes. Not once did any of the 4 girls working this day acknowledge me or even say “ I’ll be right with you” just stared at me waiting for someone to take my order. Very poor service. I’m usually not one to let this annoy me but when 4 girls are working and not one acknowledge you even though they are staring right in my eyes, now that’s annoying!

The fat lady barista was not customer oriented. My wife was waiting for her drinks but this lady kept ignoring her. The lady talked in a rude way when my wife asked for her order. Not a good example of customer service. She shoul not be working there.

Not very much seating, but as we ordered ahead that was not a problem. Just keep in mind if you do order ahead, you will be last priority. Good hot coffee.

The Starbucks on tv hywy over by FM and Dutch bros, 217th I think, was great service and didn’t have to wait long at all. I recommend this place. Don’t go to Safeway Starbucks on 185th and Farmington, they suck and don’t know how to make your drinks.

If you come in the middle of the day there’s never any issues. For some reason if I come here in the morning when it says they’re open they’re actually closed. Today I saw someone in the Lobby and assumed they were finally opened in the morning when it says they are… instead I just got stared at by some woman standing in the window until I left.
