NEVER EVER GO HERE! My teens went and bought 6 sandwiches and were accused of stealing a bottle of water. They all work and again bought 6 sandwiches. He looked them up and down checking pockets and counting the fridge . When I called and told them how uncomfortable he made my daughter feel he apologized. I called asking for owner or manager and was told they dont have one? And the lady pretended like she couldn’t understand English. Very unprofessional very TERRIBLE SERVICE. Shame on you!!!!!

I always order my subs without sauce so they won’t get soggy and when I pick it up I ask for a sauce to go, this location literally would not give me a sauce to go, the sauce is suppose to be free with your order the dude just would not give me any, last time I’m ordering from here lol.

I was reprimanded because I grabbed the wrong size drink that came with the daily special. There are no size labels, or a sign, I didn’t mean to grab the wrong one, guess I grabbed the medium instead of a small, got the attitude from you know who. Made sure I refilled it several times….and they want a tip? Lol I Won’t be back. You snap at a customer, I write google reviews.

This location is particularly stingy with food. This (plus a small bag of chips) was $8❗️❗️ the staff was pretty rude. They took their sweet time making the subs in front of me but once they got to my salad they rushed me and didn’t listen to my instructions. I understand his is fast food, but I feel like they should still have better customer service.

Honestly the quality and consistency of this subway far surpasses any other in the city. I look forward to seeing the 2 workers whenever I go there, and idk how but this one just tastes better than the other ones. They make sure you are taken care of and I appreciate that

Apparently this location is never going to fix their drive thru. Drive thru microphone has been broke going on 2 years now, seems ample time to fix the problem. I used to at least be able to pull up to the window and make my order or pick up my mobile order, but now there is a “out of order, come inside” sign on the window. So I had to walk in to get my mobile order and the walls were patched up drywall and unpainted, very sketchy looking. Don’t get me wrong, I have always gotten good service here but things seem to have gone downhill so bad, to the point of bodega level, that I don’t have much trust in food quality and sanitation anymore. Please do better.

*2 year update* This location seems to have gotten new owners, and it’s like night and day compared to the last owners. The few times I’ve been here the last couple months everything has been good. This will be my go-to location from now on.
*Update* This location never gave me my refund so I went to my bank to file a dispute. My bank charged-back these shysters to get my refund. Please, whatever you do, don’t go here…you could be the next one to get scammed.
Ordered here in the past without issue, but after today I’ll never go back. I ordered 2 footlongs on the App but when I get there they’re unable to fix them because THEY’RE OUT OF BREAD, AT 5PM!!!! When I asked for a refund, the manager (who wasn’t there for some strange reason) said over the phone that I won’t get it until Saturday or Sunday. Hmm, on the App y’all took my money instantly, but when I need a refund it won’t be for a few days? That doesn’t sound right. Btw, when I ordered on the App there was no mention of the store being out of bread. Never thought I’d see a sandwich shop run out of bread at dinner time.

All these negative reviews are confusing to me because I have always had good experiences here. The people have always been nice to me. Remember, if you treat people badly they don’t appreciate it! Treat people how you want to be treated. In my experience it’s the customers that have been rude, not the employees. Don’t like the drive thru? How bout go in! They have about a million things going on, DoorDash orders, people in line, people in the drive thru and then people complaining at them as well! We go in people are nice. Sometimes the new people don’t make as good of sandwiches as the experienced people but long as you tell them what you want (more of this less of that) they’ll do it! We just went there again and there was a rude person that double parked. I really believe it’s the people/customers that go in here. They are the rude ones most of the time. Don’t be rude to them and you will have a better experience.

I placed an order through the Subway App. I ordered a Footlong BLT on the herbs and cheese bread. I put the bread not to be toasted. The bacon was cold. I also ordered a Footlong steak & cheese on Italian not toasted as well. The steak was ice cold. My wife took the food back with a receipt to have them fix the issue. They refused to fix the issue because they said that it was cold due to the trip between store and home. We live 5 mins from the store so there is no way the meat should be ice cold. The employee also threaten to jump over the counter and attack my wife. The manager was not on location during the incident. The other employee was egging the whole situation on. We have left a complaint on the corporate site as well. I definitely do not recommend the Subway on National Turnpike in Louisville.
