This store is usually relatively clean and most of the staff are really nice. The pin pad that you are handing out the window for everyone to touch is disgusting! It’s got smudges, grime and even spills on it and does not appear to ever have been cleaned. I don’t want to touch it. Infection control is still important. Last, twice last week I got sausage and cheddar sandwiches that were ice cold in the center. Room for improvements

This is a nice Starbucks location in Wilsonville Oregon. It has ample seating, restrooms, and a drive-thru for those in a hurry. When you go to Starbucks you know what you’re going to get and that’s what makes it nice is the predictability. Awful customer service and were super disrespectful after they mess up my drink I asked for a refund and they denied it. And Star insulted me, I asked to speak to the manager and Kaly said she was the supervisor and was not willing to problem-solve. Between her and another employee.
