Every time I’ve gone there. I ask for no lid and they don’t listen, care or communicate with the barista and give me a lid and two cups.

Just ordered a venti chai latte with whip and a venti iced skinny vanilla latte. They have us some tall hot drink (which they took back to replace with a venti skinny latte) and a venti chai. When I grabbed my chai it felt half full. I took the lid off and asked if they made the drink wrong because it was half full, she told me it was because the whip cream sunk down… so somehow whip cream means half a drink at this Starbucks. She just gave it back and said that’s how it it: venti price for a tall drink. I think I’ll never go here again.

I’ve never had any issues in the 6 years I’ve been coming here. Their drive-through gets backed up, but only because it’s super popular, and I usually just go inside at that point. Never had a messed up order, the staff is super friendly, and their service is pretty darn quick.

I’ve been to countless Starbucks stores over decades but this place really stood for its friendly and helpful staff and how sparkling clean it was, I didn’t feel rushed and it was a fun experience. Didn’t feel like I was just one of another hundreds of daily customers. Well done!

There plenty of parking. I went in on a Thursday around noon. The young staff was friendly. Hardly No wait and they made a nice iced carmal Fappe for. Good experience. This Fred Meyer is very nice.
