I ordered a mocha and asked for 2 pumps of caramel. Some little Hispanic girl pressed me to say venti instead of large and then while I was seated I could hear her calling my order stupid to a taller blonde woman and insulting me where she thought I couldn’t hear. When my coffee cooled down enough I could drunk it it was watery and tasted more like poorly made hot chocolate which I had to dump out because it was not drinkable.

Make a decent cup, not as good as some of the other local stores, appear to need a little training in customer service and drink prep, but not the worst. A basic Starbucks inside Safeway.

A very nice Starbucks with a friendly, super-quick crew. The great strength of the Starbucks chain is consistently good coffee and a uniformly good experience regardless of the store you visit, and this one exemplifies that well. A rather nice facility, combined with a friendly staff, and the same solid, bold-roast coffee you expect from a Starbucks. I’ll visit again!

This location really didn’t have a good menu available. When I asked the male clerk he told me Starbucks has over 250 menu products and it would be impossible to list them all. He was not knowledgeable or maybe helpful about the hot flavored coffees, I had to look it up on a website. This by far was my worst experience at any Starbucks. Yesterday I went to the drive through across the street, and the female clerk was so friendly and helpful. Both the experiences were polar opposites!
