I got the mu shoo Vegetable which was ok, flavor was fine but it was served with flour Tortillas instead of rice paper pancakes as advertised which did not go together at all. Rice is not good. I just ordered a meal for my family. We sat down at the dinner table to eat and while eating the egg drop soup, I didn’t see the hair in the soup I ate. I had to pull the hair out of my mouth. The kids saw this and immediately lost their appetite. So it was a wasted dinner. I called and asked for a refund for the meal since no one would eat after seeing that. The lady that answered the phone told me she would give me a refund but she would be sending someone back to pick up the food. This was upsetting as we have gone to this restaurant for the last few years and only go to this Chinese restaurant. She acted very upset that I called and told her I had to pull a hair from my mouth. We will not be going back to this restaurant after this experience. Not because of the hair but because of the unbelievable customer service!
