Unless you know what to ask for, don’t expect anyone to offer. I wasn’t offered any condiments— which they keep behind the bar now because it “keeps things cleaner”— or any utensils for my egg cups. I went to the condiment bar but nothing was out, so I had to ask the barista for a sugar packet which she gave me, but I didn’t know I had more than one option (I would have preferred sugar in the raw, but was given a refined sugar). I asked where the condiments were, and that’s when I was told they keep it all behind the bar so you can’t even see your options. I didn’t want to hassle anyone further by asking for a sugar in the raw, so I just accepted the refined sugar (regrets). I then got to my car and realized they hadn’t offered my sriracha for my egg cups (other sbux do this, right?), and was given no fork.

On May 9th2023. This is absolute getting bad. Third time in a row we got order that is not expected. We ordered strawberry Acai. It has no dried strawberry and ice was like 75% in venti cup. I never see starbuck served drink this bad before.

Walked in and went right back out. I’ve visited several dozen Starbucks over time and have never seen one without a display case for food. I know they are limited on what items they may sell, but I didn’t feel like asking what snacks they may serve.

This Starbucks had many issues on my last visit. It seemed like only one (pleasant!) barista had shown up for work so they had a sign on the door that they would close early and they could only move so fast. The ceiling had an active leak in it. Recent remodel removed homey feel in favor of many small tables jammed close together. Total lack of music made for a very oppressive atmosphere. Disappointing, and although coffee and service were good, environment was well below what you’d expect from this area and from the company.

I LOVE coffee & we love Starbucks for sure, but not all Starbucks stores always good! Some of them even no flavor/plain, water down, rude baristas and don’t care about customer service, etc… We need to find the right spot or the good store! And YES, this particular Starbucks Store at Tanasbourne close to Target & Wells Fargo Bank for sure the Go To place to get Starbucks! Definitely recommended, the team members/baristas really nice and delivered great customer service, their coffee and any other drinks “spot on” everything from the flavor to the temperature. I would say so far they always nailed it our orders!!! Thank you Starbucks teams at Tanasbourne store, well done

Been coming here for 7 plus years, im within the first 5 customers. They decided to drastically change their hours and never bothered posting it anywhere.. guess I will find a new store. Oh Black Rock opens up at the same time.
