Stay away as usual for any Starbucks that coffee is not drinkable. We actually had to throw it in the trash instead of drinking it. Well instead try basically any other coffee.

Terrible. Of all the Starbucks I’ve been to this is by far the worst for service and cleanliness. Full stop. It’s like a bunch of teenagers playing together, not paying attention to customers. I stood waiting for acknowledgment but they were busy chatting and giving the middle finger to each other, in front of me even, instead of servicing customers. Certainly not coming back to this location. Not to mention it’s dirty and there’s about seven staff members and no one in line. I strongly advise the regional manager to have a closer look. Disappointing.

I’m so impressed with the excellent customer service, especially from Kaelyn. Every time I’ve come in this location and she’s working, I know that I will get my order right and with a friendly personality. She takes time to help the customers. She should definitely be “Employee of the Month/ Year”!
