Yes, review is let customers know. Don’t go here. It’s obviously the manager or owner does not read these reviews or do not care.
We were in the other night. This is one of those KFC Long John Silver things and ordered some chicken fish combos and the chicken was all fried together stuck and when we asked for new stuff, the person working said. They did not have any more. I can’t believe that’s true at all.
The hush puppies were definitely old and chewy
The fish had a weird taste to it
The chicken was all sucked together
The sides were cold that we even had to ask for after the person took the order is the person who gave it to us. We had to ask for all of our shrimp twice. Had to ask for the gravy as he started giving us excuses why he didn’t. We definitely won’t be back.

Y’all should stop selling food. My chicken strips were hard as bricks and my coleslaw was deplorable. And why would you put coleslaw on top of hot food. Just shameful. Coleslaw had no flavor. No sweetness. It was a crime to eat it, but I was starving. My biscuit was good though. Thank goodness. Do better KFC.

Maybe I got lucky this day, but it was great! I went through the drive; the lovely cashier’s name was Krystal. She was friendly, fast, and attentive. I ordered the Chicken tenders big box, which was $11.97. It was ready immediately. The fries, tenders, and biscuits were exceptional. The fries were crispy and hot and had no old oil flavor. The chicken was juicy, but the star was the amount of crunch that was on that chicken. The best mac and cheese I have had so far at KFC too. Overall with my experience, I would recommend coming here,

The manager Ken refused to fill my paid order from Uber Eats unless I paid again. Obviously there’s some theft going on. His shady explanation and then ultimately refusing to talk to me said it all. He said I needed to cancel my Uber order and pay again. I asked him to cancel it since he’s the one whose refusing to fill the order and this clown said no.. Yeah… I’ll never go back. Won’t play with my money and after the attitude he displayed, I wouldn’t dare eat there.

Customer service is really bad. The waiter did not even greet to the customer and did not ask if you want to order. The attitude sounds discriminate asian people.
In addition, chicken is overcooked and turns almost black. See picture.
The entrance door stucks and hard to pull. I saw 3 customers walked away after failing to open the door.

I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC. The staff were unprofessional and seemed uninterested in serving customers, which made the visit frustrating. The food was mediocre at best and did not meet expectations. Overall, I was not satisfied and have no intention of returning to this location.

I waited nearly an hour at this KFC for food that should’ve already been ready. They gave my order to someone else, and when I asked about a courtesy item like fries for the long wait, the cashier told me the manager wasn’t there. But I had just seen him come inside to help her with a customer, then go back out and sit in his car. I had to go outside to speak with him myself, and still got no apology or solution. The staff was unprofessional, and the service was terrible. Customers shouldn’t be left waiting close to an hour with no apology or accommodation. Poor service all around. On top of that, the restaurant had a strong, unpleasant smell that made the wait even worse.

The lady on the drive thru need customer service training. She is so rude and then blame the customers when ask why she was yelling. Do better or quit your job. I drove off before paying because I will not support disrespect.
