The wait is way too long whether you are doing a pick up or waiting in person. I expect at least 20 min for my order being ready. It’s not from lack of staff as much as they communicate that. I’ve been Starbucks with the same amount of staff who just work more efficiently. The staff is nice but they seem flustered and disorganized and everyone is stepping over each other. My final straw for this location was when I waited 20 min & paid $6 just to end up with a coffee that was primarily milk and frozen syrup at the bottom. I could have had them remake it but honestly after waiting for 20 min I just didn’t have additional time I was going to end up being late for work. So I accepted the drink, tasted it, and immediately trashed it. At this point I’m just going to Dutch bros. If I’m going to wait in line at least I’m going to enjoy my coffee.

Huge Sturbacks, has a lot of space, has many tables inside and outside, drinks were made exactly how I asked The only one problem I had with it, no garbage outside, I had to go back in to clean up after our selfs

Awesome staff. Been on the binge to try a bunch of off the menu drinks. They are usually extremely long complicated orders. The staff were not bothered by it at all and actually encouraged trying new drinks. To top it off they got the order exactly correct!
