Bathroom was disgusting. First ones in line, took so long for any staff member to acknowledge us that we nearly walked out. The next people in line waited so long that they finally just left. A customer entered because she had gotten the wrong food in the drive-through, and the employee took it from them and placed it back in the warmer for the next customer, after asking the lady if she had touched the food. There is clearly a management issue here.

I guess they don’t know how to count. Ordered the two croissant deal and hashbrowns. Hashbrowns old and only got one croissant. In a hurry to let the next car move up so didn’t check. Not going back and going to keep an eye on my card transactions, something fishy. I guess they figure you won’t go back since you are at the drive through.

This is a great place to stop if driving through the area like I was. Fast food, friendly staff, easy access from the highway, and they have a parking lot for busses, RVs, or if you are towing a boat or trailer.

They always get your order wrong. They forget the fries or don’t make the burgers the way you order them. Always check your order before you leave. The food is just like you would expect from a fast food place. Dry, tasteless and uneventful. Short Stop have the best burgers in town and about the same price. Keep driving bye. No reason to stop there

We went in while passing by and the service was wonderful, the person at the counter listened to our allergies and made sure that the kitchen crew changed their gloves with a beef, chicken and pickle allergy. Made sure nothing allergenic touched the food, and made sure to let their co workers know the allergy. Now decided to be one of our permanent stops while traveling.

Absolutely terrible. Didn’t get order correct. All of the tables were dirty and had to clean them ourselves. There was hair in my chicken sandwich. When taken up to the front to show them, they acted like we placed the hair in the sandwich ourselves. Horrible customer service. Dirty place.

Surprised someone hasn’t gotten seriously sick from here. I’m done coming here. From the looks of recent reviews it looks like there needs to be a change in staff or management….
