This is one of the nicer Starbucks that I’ve been to. Fairly large, seems to have a good number of tables, they were about half full when I visited. The baristas were welcoming and friendly. The restroom was clean both times I was there. And the coffee was ready quickly and fixed just the way I like it, though I’m not terribly picky about my coffee and I don’t have special requests.

BE CAREFUL! THIS LOCATION NEVER HAS HOT COFFEE. Their coffee is always warm, and when you ask for a side of steamed half/half they start to stress and get feisty. I asked them for a little extra 1/2 n 1/2 and one of the guys tried charging me $3.50 extra saying I’m only allowed to have a small cup for free. So sad to see a grown 45 year old man having to go get his 30 year old manager to help solve a problem that should’ve never happened in the first place. Sad that a coffee shop is now telling you how much creamer you need in your coffee. Also the miserable man told me he won’t be serving me tomorrow 🙂

Pretty disappointed….. used to get charged .60 just for a venti ice water with a splash of lemonade. I go today for the same thing to be told that I’m now getting charged for it as a Venti lemonade with a splash of water… so therefore, nearly $4??? For tap water and a splash of pre-made/boxed lemonade in a cup? Price gouging much…? Guess I’ll stick with Dutch Bros.

Walked over a mile to get here on a Saturday morning just for the lobby to be closed. Called in to the store to ask what they recommend I do considering i specifically walked to this store and all I received from Sam was a bunch of attitude and excuses about staffing shortages from callouts. Sounds like some people need to be fired. I will not be returning.

Horrible customer service! I drove through there before noon and there were two people in front of me. The car just before me ended up waiting and waiting and waiting. Unreasonable. No apology when they got to the window. When I got to the window there were two people behind the window just carrying on without any regard to the wait that they made everybody endure I waited another 2 minutes while they’re standing there doing what they were doing I don’t know what. And then I took off. So to this Starbucks I say the screw you!!! Learn some customer service

The staff was rude. We ordered a drink and they were out of medium cups so they put it in large which was nice, but when my fiance said it was mostly creme the gentleman working the counter said he can’t add any coffee since they upgraded our drinks… We tried explaining we appreciate that but the drink was mostly creme/milk and he gave us attitude and shrugged his shoulders so we just took the drink and walked out. The Carmel macchiato she ordered was horrible and had almost no coffee in it.
