Terribly disappointed!!! Extremely dirty bathroom while the employees just stand around. My mobile order sandwich was poorly made, all the cheese in one bite and they forgot my bacon… I would have gone back in to complain but the employees did not seem like they would have cared or been helpful either way.

Absolutely the worst subway ive ever been to, my sandwich was very much messy and scattered every where aswell as my kids sandwich and my sandwich was suppose to be toasted and only half the sandwich was toasted the rest was pretty much very cold!They also forgot my chips and handed me a large drink with no lid because they ran out. Ive been calling them non stop for 20 mins now and no answer! Ive called 5 times. How do you mess up making a sandwich??

They were out of the good bread only had wheat and white. The guy made our sandwich sloppy he wrapped up my 2 different 6 inch sandwiches together he gave me one tomato and 2 pickles not going back

I understand the importance of respecting business hours, and I typically avoid arriving close to closing time. However, I stopped by your sandwich shop for a quick bite after my workout, arriving 30 minutes before closing, and was surprised to be turned away because service had already ended.

If your policy is to stop serving 30 minutes before closing, I recommend updating your posted hours or locking the doors and turning on the “closed” sign at that time to avoid confusion. It was disappointing, and I hope this feedback is helpful for improving the customer experience.

I would give this place a zero star. Unfortunately there’s not zero so one star it is. The subway store is disgusting not clean. The food line and everything behind looks like it has not been properly cleaned and sanitized. I have also witnessed few employees prepping and touching food without their food glove. Witnessed numerous times they are not washing their hands before assisting customers.

I DO NOT KNOW HOW PEOPLE EAT HERE. ITS GROSS.

The staff was nice enough and the sandwhiches were fine, pretty much the same as every other Subway. I just got some coupons in the mail, so I thought I would try this Subway for the first time. The cashier said the coupon had already been used and couldn’t be applied. I mean, they print 100,000 of the same coupon and stuff mailboxes with them so of course it’s been used before. I think that’s the whole point.

To be clear the people at the restaurant can’t do anything about this, but the management and ownership should figure out what’s wrong with their Point of Sale system.

I had the most amazing experience at Subway today! I was in a hurry and absolutely famished after not having eaten all day. Thankfully, I was assisted by the incredible Joe L, who turned my quick stop into a truly delightful moment. Joe’s lightning-fast and professional service, coupled with his warm and friendly demeanor, left me utterly impressed. I can’t help but sing praises about him and would wholeheartedly recommend visiting Subway only when Joe L is there, as he truly makes the dining experience exceptional!
