My first time trying this location. On the road and needed some coffee. I placed a drive thru order, person had slight issues entering in 2 simple drinks through register/computer. My friend and I have allergies and can not have milk. I found the first drink not at all what I ordered and had to go in for it to be corrected. Once at my destination I found that the second drink, even though stated on sticker for a milk alternative, definitely had regular milk. The redo of 1st drink didn’t taste good and seemed rushed. The 2nd drink caused a reaction and the person to become sick. Also was NOT a busy morning.

My husband surprised me with a pink drink and I don’t like coconut milk I took the drink to the Starbucks with the complete drink to see if the can help me with this situation and the worker from Starbucks said to my face you want a free drink (right) I said sorry but my husband paid a drink $7, What I suppose to do??? It’s in a corner mall area with decent parking. I love the fact that they put the app orders where you can grab them without waiting for someone to be free to help you. It’s smaller than most Starbucks. It’s clean. Didn’t really interact with the staff but they seemed nice, really busy.

I keep trying to give Starbucks a chance, but the reason why I don’t like Starbucks is because my order is never correct. I order the same thing every single time a venti salted caramel cream cold brew with three pumps of the cinnamon dulce syrup and add cinnamon powder. Every single time I only get the salted caramel cream cold brew. Nothing else. If I mean charged extra for this, why am I not getting what I’m paying for? It doesn’t matter what time of day I go, this location never gets the order correct.
