George’s pizza shares a space with Cubbies on Main. Their pizza is absolutely gourmet quality as far as I’m concerned, and they have several very interesting flavor combinations. Pizza is not sold by the slice but by the pie, which they bring out to you and serve to you on a convenient tray. All the sides I have tried were quite good, I especially liked the fried mushrooms and the fried cheese curds. Beer is available on tap and in bottles/cans. Prices are reasonable, but not cheap.
The service is acceptable, it’s a small town restaurant and everything moves a little slower. It took me about as long to get an entire pizza as a beer the last time I went, but usually, the service is quite prompt and polite. It doesn’t tend to ever get very busy, as far as I can tell from the 3-5 times I’ve gone. It’s a quaint little out of the way place and definitely a hidden gem.
Note: The building looks different than it does in most of the photos. There is no longer a street art painting of a piece of pizza. The entire thing is just plain white now. It makes it look drap and depressing from the outside.

We frequent George’s often. The best pizza around. My favorite is the Crab Rangoon, but you can’t go wrong with any of them.

Ordered pizza at 530 pm it was after 730pm before we received part of our order (it was not busy, 1 other table full when we got there) and the waitress failed to put the “cheese pizza” which we ordered first for the kiddo on the ticket. She then said it would be at least another 30mins to get a cheese pizza. Needless to say the kid did not get her meal. Service was horrible we asked for a drink and never got. Definitely will not go back

Very friendly atmosphere. New location is very roomy. Haven’t eaten there yet but if anything like the old location food is worth the trip. SADLY AS OF December 9 2022 GEORGES PIZZA HAS COME TO BE NO MORE. They closed the doors for the last time.

It’s is Wednesday August 10th 2022, I have a very angry wife, she ordered pizza from George’s at 7:21 pm for her and 2 toddlers. No pizza ever showed up. Nobody would answer the phone. It’s past 9 pm now and they closed, no pizza, no contact. But they sure as hell charged our card and now she is at home cooking dinner, and we have to call and cancel the payment. I have enjoyed this place since I was a child. After we get our money back we are done. Be warned.

Local restaurant with artistic graffiti entrance caught my attention. Dated interior, but clean. Divided areas for eating and large area in bar to have seated eat in experience also. Did a online order at 542 our driver showed up at 824 offered us our pizza for free…we turned down the pizza for crappy service and the manager told me she didnt have time for my whining and hung up on me!!! I ordered at 542 feeding my family and it showed up at 824???? REALLY??? I tried to call in over 100 times and got nothing but busy signals!! I did NOT take the free pizzas out of principal!! Do your job!!! We did however tip our driver 10.00 just for the trip! The manager there Sucks!!!!! Has bad customer service I hope and I will no longer allow my address to be used again as it has in the past for many of my friends!!! 3 strikes your OUT!!! will never call again!
