First started going here years ago it was awesome and recommended it to everyone, but now within the past year or two there have been consistent issues. My drink always has an added recipe I did not ask for, and it is a ongoing problem. As of today it has been 7x in a row problem. It’s expensive!!!

This location has staff as rude and bland as the remodel. I have ordered the same 3 drinks in rotation for 10 years after I used to work here at this location and they argue with me every single time about the way I want something. Your job is to make a drink the way I am ordering and paying for, not be rude and argue and refuse to modify my drinks. Also, please start putting sleeves back on hot drinks. I’ll go to 12 bridges from now on where the staff actually smiles and doesn’t have an issue with every question I ask.

I really have write a review for a Starbucks Barista who always goes out of their way for customer satisfaction. Today Tami, one of my favorite baristas at my Lincoln Crossing Starbucks, saw my order was not correct based on my error. She fixed it right away with a smile and did not charge me for my error. Tami is just one many reasons I like going to Lincoln Crossing Starbucks. Thank you Tami.

Coffee is delicious, but the service is poor. I came back home from deployment to this Starbucks and was serviced by Tami. The store was not in a rush, but Tami was too preoccupied on her cellphone to assist me. I had to repeat my order three times for her to even acknowledge my presence. It took me almost 5 minutes to finish making my order. I can only imagine what it’s like during rush hour.

It was my birthday, so I didn’t want to miss out on my Venti Mocha Frappacino with 2 extra shots floated for free. It is delicious by the way. I like starbucks because of the consistancy across there customer facing outlets. I have no complaints about this particular store front, the staff was friendly and attentive. Mostly younger adults working here and they did a great job.

Staff is friendly, however I order lots of cold Brews with vanilla or now pumpkin cold foam. I order Extra cold foam as I don’t get sweetener most of the time. They put the smallest amount of cold foam on and become irritated if asked for more. They charge $1.25 extra. I even pointed out someone else’s drink next to mine and was told “some drinks are different”…they’re so busy and move so quickly I don’t think they either care or read the order all that clearly sometimes.
