I normally receive good food from here and the quality is never a problem. However, as of writing this I have had my order messed up 2 or 3 times from there.
The first time they rang me up for a 4 finger plate when I ordered a 5. Not a problem until they charged me for the additional tender which was almost 2 dollars, instead of just fixing my order.
Then tonight they ring me up for a 5 finger plate, and give me 4 fingers. I don’t realize until I’m home so it’s too late to go back and get them to fix it. There isn’t a communication issue when ordering so I’m not sure where it comes in.

I’ve been wanting to stop by and was presented with the opportunity to do so yesterday.
Plenty of parking spaces were available, and everything was handicap accessible. The restroom was exceptionally clean and well-maintained.
I had never been inside of a Zaxby’s before, so my first impressions were positive.
I ordered a “new” spicy club sandwich combo and was asked for a name. Usually, it is a good sign that your order is being freshly prepared. Not so. I had barely filled up my beverage at the dispensary; which was a mess, when my name was called.
Even though I was specifically asked whether it was for dining in or to go, and mine was the former of the two. I was handed a “to go” bag, not really a big deal.
After sitting down at the table and opening the styrofoam box, I tried the crinkle cut fries first. They had a nice crispness to them and were mildly seasoned with seasoning salt, I believe.
The “new” club sandwich was less than satisfactory. The bun was greasy, and the chicken was dry. It’s not a very good combination.
Overall experience, less than satisfactory.

Pulled up to drive thru window and was met by a rude cashier that almost slung my food at me. When I tried to put the bags in my passenger seat it all fell on the floor, why they pile all your food to the top of the bag, to full to handle. While I was picking up my food off my floor of my car, another rude lady stuck her head out the window and said ” pull up your car, we are on a timer”. I told her about my food and asked if they were short on bags, she said move your car up. No I’m sorry, let me help, nothing. Got home, called restaurant back and was hung up on repeatedly. I will NEVER go back here, they should be closed down. Worst customer service and their food was cold and nasty and I live 5 minutes from them. Beware of this place! Owner should have his franchise pulled! Oh and I wrote to their corporate office and never heard back from them.

Zaxby’s food always tastes freshly made. On this trip we opted for salads which were crisp, fresh, and tasty. I had the house salad and my kid’s mom had the southwest salad. The salads were huge so my only complaint would be they don’t give you enough dressing for salads so bountiful. Also ordered a funnel cake. It was a little hard from being overcooked I guess but was still okay.

We ordered two family combos which is a really good deal especially when you need to feed a large family. We ordered and it was ready for pickup within 10 minutes of placing the order on the app and I also appreciate the rewards program through the app

To the manager of night shift. You can’t refuse service to someone legally after giving them their drinks for their order unless it involves discrimination against race, sex, color, vet status, ETC. I’m simply making an accent that is NOT racist nor does it fall under any of those categories. but as a joke and your crew was even laughing and everyone had a good time for it til you decided to host a small meeting and have your workers refuse service to me because you wouldn’t have the audacity to come up to me yourself. You’re a grown woman working fast food and your young workers don’t always gotta be so stuck up their yknow what into strict rules and discipline. I am a leader myself a supervisor at my civilian job and a SGT in the army it’s ok to have fun with the customers but trying to refuse service like that I guarantee you I will keep coming to this location because I have been born and raised here for 23 years and I’ve NEVER had a problem at that location for any circumstances! FIX YOURSELF before I fix you.

I tried the Chicken Finger Tacos, Avocado Ranch and they were fantastic! This location had excellent customer service at the drive thru. I will be back for more!

I drove 15 mins to get Zaxbys on my lunch break just to get back to my desk and see my food was not properly boxed nor made the tenders were the size of my thumb literally and obviously were sitting out too long before they put it in my box. As you can tell from the picture my bread wasn’t even toasted and was laying on top of my wings! I’m very disgusting with zaxbys and that’s hard for me to say because I normally enjoy the food there. And I won’t even go into how bad my coworker food was..smh
