Restroom needs extreme attention. Empty boxes while walking to the restroom are a hazardous trip. Come on, Starbucks, I know you can do better than this. Staff are very welcoming, tho.

This starbucks sucks! There is always a big wait. Their drive isn’t even busy most of the time they just take long! Tried going inside and it’s worse they never hand you your drink. When I was in I had to ask for my drink because I was there waiting for 15 min. Another young lady also never receiced her drink they said they didn’t “get the slip”. Poor management.

They have improved a ton since 2022. In the past this location would close at random hours, sometimes before noon or not open at all. I think there was a staffing issue 1-2yrs ago, not sure but it was bad. They still hire really dense people but they’re all friendly at least and smile, don’t be scared to repeat yourself because they seem to be used to it. Also, I go to Starbucks expecting a 15-20 minute wait, this place gets busy just like all the other locations, I suggest you expect at least 5 minutes per car ahead of you.

This is the slowest Starbucks I have been to. Each visit takes no less than 20 mins. I visited today and ordered 2 drinks and 2 grilled cheese sandwiches. I was handed the food first then one of the drinks. I had to wait another 5 mins for my refresher which was just sitting on the counter. The male barista had a very snarky, sarcastic attitude when he handed my drink. He purposely made me wait for the drink for no reason as I was polite and patient the whole time even after his attitude.

Mobile ordered my coffee and they didn’t put my cold foam or syrup that I PAID extra for and they gave me attitude when I wanted a refund. This used to be my favorite Starbucks to go to but after my experience today I’m going to find a locally owned coffee shop to start giving my money to.

I have no idea what is with the night crew but they are always super rude. When we went Sunday night they closed an hour early, which is typically of them. I wish they just figured out a time prefect for them and keep it like that. You never know what day they’ll decide to close early or not.

As stated many times before I cannot find anything wrong with any Starbucks. The staff is always awesome. The food is great and the drinks are awesome. I have an actual routine where I stop at the Oakdale, CA store on my way to work. Then on my way home from work I will stop at the Riverbank, CA Starbucks. Then during the day either right before lunch or after lunch I will visit one of the Starbucks thats closest to the place I go to lunch in Modesto California. So I have to say without them I’d have no life. LOL. Seriously though any Starbucks you can’t go wrong.
