There’s this guy at the drive thru with curly hair — I’m not sure if he is refusing to follow instructions or if he’s just not paying attention when I’m placing my order? He’s nice but it is annoying and that’s why I’m leaving this review. It’s happened multiple times — i will ask for a dark roast and I have asked to fill my cup up all the way with Half and Half and he doesn’t… the extra room is for Half and Half. Other baristas will ask me but he never does so that’s why I mention it.

So, I ordered 2 drinks! Waited about 10 mins. They called my name, I walked up to get our drinks. Only got one! After 5 mins asked if we could get our other drink! We arrived here at 7:35pm and ordered drinks by 7:46pm – 11 minutes; however we were not able to order any other size other than a “tall” and I received my drinks by 8pm (25min to get a tall drink)…..(poor management of food order /inventory; no sense of speed metrics for drive thru). I will not be coming to this location again- worst Starbucks experience ever!!!!
