If I could give no stars I would. I waited in line for an hour then when I reached the window to pay it took the guy a while to open the window which almost made me go inside to get my drinks. I used to work for Starbucks so I understand there being a long wait which I was trying to have patience but he could have at least acknowledged/apologized for the wait. One of my drinks was one of the frozen drinks that looked nothing like the picture. Completely disappointed in my visit.

Ordered a medicine Ball recommended by a friend. And a breakfast sandwich. Employees were nice. But it was missing the lemon or orange slices and fresh mint. Still a delicious drink for someone getting over pneumonia. Thank you

When I arrived at 6:30 pm on a Friday eve. They had locked the doors and you could only use the drive thru which was a very long line and growing. Myself and others drove away in search of better service on very hot day.

This was probably the worst experience ever at a coffee shop. The staff is super unprofessional and are playing around while people need their drink and food. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone unless you want horrible service. Stay away goto a different coffee shop trust me you’ll thank me later.

The worst! I’ve been waiting for 20 mins and all who have ordered ahead of me got to get their drinks, then all of a sudden they forgot about my drinks. They just issued me a refund after they realized it got forgotten. That is so rude!!!!! The barista who takes care of taking orders prioritized his friends who came over more than the people who ordered first. This is so upsetting

ordered a caramel ribbon with EXTRA caramel and when i got my order it didn’t even taste like caramel. There was no extra caramel whatsoever and the drink itself tasted like milk. I understand there’s a lot of orders but please do the drinks right, because this was not what i ordered

Very unhappy about this Starbucks. They are under staff all the time. There has been multiple times where we are waiting in line for an hour or longer. Recently I order a venti Carmel Frap with extra Carmel and I received a tall Carmel Frap with no Carmel at all and was charged for a Venti. Save your money and time and don’t go here.
