Would rate zero stars if I could. Finally decided to try again after not having for months because of a few bad experiences. Well this will definitely be my last time ordering from Inferno in Level Green. Ordered at 5:15 on a Friday night for delivery. Estimated delivery was 6:15. By 6:35 I called to see if I could get an update. Waited on hold until I finally spoke with the rudest employee. I kindly asked an estimated time (before they even asked my name I was told they were really busy and working on it) so I asked again if I could find out an approximate time. They asked my name and then I heard them asking another employee how long for my order. Heard them discussing that I had ordered a gluten free pizza and then was hung up on. Pizza was finally delivered at 7 pm. Delivery guy was nice and apologized for the wait. Regular pizza was decent and the gluten free was burnt but edible.

We ordered a a cauliflower crust for our daughter who is gluten free and a traditional pizza. Each pizza had 3 toppings. Typically cauliflower crust is thin and crispy, but this was so soggy that you couldn’t even pick it up. It was truly inedible. The traditional pizza on the other hand was overcooked and so hard that we had to put it in the microwave to soften it. Our bill will $66 including delivery. We do not usually have a problem with paying a decent amount for good pizza, but this was very disappointing.

I normally visit the original location on rt 30 in North Huntingdon, but on this occasion that location wasn’t accepting online orders, so I decided to go to this one since we are about the same distance away. The time in my receipt was 30 minutes from the time I placed my order. I arrived 3 minutes AFTER the due time and my order was not ready. The girl told me it was still in the oven, ok no problem, I don’t mind waiting a few more minutes. Well, 25 minutes was what I waited! I ordered 2 calzones and 1 order of pepperoni rolls. As I was standing there waiting, I hear her tell one of the other employees that she had some pepperoni rolls to make as she looked at a slip hanging in front of her, the same slip that was taken down when my order was ready! I had also ordered a carton of tea, which i did not get. I remembered to make sure i got the tea when i got there, but after 25 minutes of waiting, I completely forgot about it, and they never mentioned about it. I will not visit this location again. Food was good, but service and atmosphere sucks. If the one on rt 30 is not taking online orders, I’ll just try calling the restaurant. I NEVER have an issue at the rt 30 location.

Great pizza and great specials UNTIL they decided to not honor the special. The Saturday/Sunday special 1 large/1 topping and a dozen wings for $30.95 was a great deal. After asking for this special specifically, I went through the ordering process to only be told that it would be $49.xx . Even if you add their other special plus wings it comes up more than $10 less than $48…
Like I said from the start, great pizza, but I’m not paying through the nose for it. Btw, the wing shortage is over so get over that as well….

The toast website has yet again changed my order to pickup from delivery (5th time personally, its happened more but I sometimes catch the mistake) . I tipped extra for delivery but went to pick it up any way since when I noticed it the pickup time was almost ready. I explained that to the two guys working and mentioned I tipped for delivery and they did nothing to compensate me for this issue nor offered me the chance the cancel and re-ring the charges without delivery fees and tip. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues because of this, its a known issue at this restaurant the two working on 9/3 said tat everyone complains about this issue and nothing has been done or is being done to satisfy customers. Most likely won’t order again unless changes happen since the food quality isn’t really worth the high prices if service will be this lacking.
{UPDATE} I posted this review and posted on their text link website that they send everytime you do an online order. I have yet to receive any communication from an owner or manager. As someone with 10 years in Food and Service as everything from busboy to assistant GM this is terrible customer service, you should at least attempt to reach out to every horrible review. I see the owners used to do that 2 years ago based on previous 1 star reviews. Guess they do not care anymore as long as most customers just let things like this go and they still make their daily money. You have lost me. Food is inconsistent too, really good sometimes, others times over or uncooked while being way over priced. Every other pizza shop in the area have lower prices, better service and are more consistent {consistency is KING in Food&Bev}. Inferno can be good, whenever the one employee who makes the food properly works, if you don’t get that guy apparently its up to Fate if you get something great or sadly mediocre.

The staff are always very friendly! My order is always correct and food is always warm. It’s our go-to local pizza shop . We feel very taken care of there. When I order online there is an option to sign into Toast and I accumulate rewards which leads to money off of my order!

Great food even better service! We have two daughters with egg allergies. This is one of the few places that goes above and beyond to make sure they provide safe food for our family! Very polite and fast service. I recommend them to anyone looking for pizza in the Trafford area.

Online delivery chicken sandwich order. Can there be too much chicken??? This is a 2 meal portion! And it’s real chicken breast, no chopped parts. Good value and well cooked with free delivery. Can’t beat that!

First time at Inferno. Very well done all around. Simple ordering and arrived within 5 minutes of approximate time. We ordered our family “go to,” tomato bacon pizza and added cheese balls. Both excellent. We’ll be back and may switch permanently from Murrysville Pizza if we continue to experience the same. Keep up the good work!
