Seemed understaffed with only one employee when we walked in. She was super friendly and took the time to address me by name. She was quickly overwhelmed with other customers coming in and still managed to make our drinks quickly. Bakery item shelves were empty and had the feeling that maybe they had a problem with homeless wandering in or something as the place seemed like an inner city stripped down starbucks. Still was a good experience but I wouldn’t hang out there.

I walked in and would like to order a Nitro Cold Brew. It was out of stock but one lady suggest another one as alternative. Their customer service is just great. There are both indoor and outdoor seating. Indoor seating was partially open. I was sitting inside doing some reading for almost 3 hrs. Staffs keep wiping the tables on a regular basis probably for disinfection purpose. I like this place and will come back again next time around.
